Meh I don't see any interesting stuff with the Wii U right now. 3DS and PS3 really are the best choices for Taiko right now, putting a CS Taiko anywhere else (excluding smartphones) is suicide.

Kinda unrelated to the above discussion, but @aqua: 影の伝説 / Kage no Densetsu is also from a TAITO game so it should be in the TAITO series?
Curiously you have included CAPTAIN NEO which is right next to Kage no Densetsu in CS6 and AC8.
Also consequently SPLENDOR is not the easiest song in the series.

Speaking of Chinese market..........there's Jubeat (ripples was it?Last time I heard they don't have updates) and IIDX18 (abeit with only 2P layouts available) in the mainland,both localized.They probably have limelight,but again I'm not sure.PnM cabs are pretty rare there though.
