Actually, no, because that comes out to descending.
Ascending is 1, descending is -1. When you combine them, you multiply. Thus, -1 * 1 = -1, in your example.

@Harris73: Posted alot, point was, it's always same thing with no icons and empty desktop.
Just keep changing my themes between 2-3 minimal ones I really like and i change my wallpaper every couple days
