*Something cool had been written out here, but the host's browser decided to be stupid and crash. Therefore, the host just smites strager.*

If the mafia were going to bus one of their own, would it make any sense to take out the roleblocker? Wifom, I know, but if either Two or 0_o were mafia, then they made an extremely risky move by killing the roleblocker, since this gives the town a very valuable piece of information: both the cop and doctor (if they exist) now know that the other one exists.

In fact, if the cop exists, you can speak up right now about investigations since you know the doctor exists. The doctor should of course not reveal himself. Then the doctor can protect the cop tonight.

As of now, I'm pretty sure 0_o and Two are both not Mafia.

Not quite a contradiction, but this just seems wrong - when Ash joined this game it looks to me like he was excited and a little confident (while being sarcastic) but then when Rolled asked a simple question he instantly reverted to explaining it on a lack of skill. Where are you anyway?

It consists of one of the following combinations of roles:
• 1 Mafia Goon, 1 Mafia Roleblocker, 1 Cop, 1 Doctor, 5 Vanilla Townies.
• 1 Mafia Goon, 1 Mafia Roleblocker, 7 Vanilla Townies.
• 2 Mafia Goons, 1 Cop, 6 Vanilla Townies.
• 2 Mafia Goons, 1 Doctor, 6 Vanilla Townies.
Since there is a roleblocker, this cancels out the bottom two possibilities, so the setup has to be one of the first two. There is either a doctor and a cop, or we are all vanillas.

Mainly, yes. I felt that m980 was scum, but like I said before, it was part of the random voting phase and part of my gut feeling. The only thing now is that I have to start from point A again.

edit: oh cool roleblocker is dead. Again, I apologize. It was just a quick click of page 8 and started reading from the top. Had I realized 0_o voted for strager, who happened to be roleblocker, I would not have made such an accusation/assumption so easily. Give me a day to read the last 8 pages of this thread and I'll try to gather more valuable opinions.

I will also vote: ASH unless he or someone convinces me otherwise.

It's interesting how just like saying "I'm already dead"/etc. is a town tell even though it looks scummy, including yourself in a list of suspects (like what 0_o did) is also a town tell when it looks equally scummy. For games here anyway.

I hope Rolled finishes his reread and makes a post soon.

I also hate it when people say they don't post because "nothing's happening". Then make something happen, rather than use it as an excuse.

Although I am quite a hypocrite on this, it seems as if ASH is trying to defend himself by saying that he's not posting too much. Again, it's the only "evidence" I have on him, but it sure is enough for me to vote, since I really can't find anyone else suspicious of. (again x_X)

Alright, I guess it's time to go all out. I'm a cop. I admit it. I decided to check on Echo and discovered that he's scum. Don't believe me, fine, go ahead. Vote for me if you wish, but if you do, be warned that you'll find out that I AM a cop. Please, PLEASE believe me, I KNOW that Echo is scum, you HAVE TO trust me on this.

Do you know how bad it is for town when you fake claim cop as a townie? Just because you've got a hunch on me, it doesn't mean you need to claim cop to do something about it. Now all you've managed to do is expose me after the doctor is dead. Good luck with the rest of the game.

I'm claiming cop because I AM a cop. Don't think that because you're claiming me as innocent that you're going to get away with this.

Don't listen to him, I'm being honest here. Make your decisions based on what we have said, but understand that if I die today and you discover me as a cop that way, please avenge me and take down this impostor.

Interesting that you decided to claim that I'm innocent instead of going for a frontal assault and say that I'm guilty. If you're not trying to take me down, then who are you trying to lynch this time?

Echo, why would you investigate Two when you said here that him and I were very likely to be town? The cop is trying to find the mafia, so why would you investigate one of the least suspicious people?

We need to lynch either gamerrox or Echo so we know which results to trust. Even disregarding the above suspicions, I strongly believe we should lynch Echo today for the following reasons:

Echo lynch - either Mafia or Cop
- If he turns out to be mafia, we win
- If he turns out to be a cop, then we will know Two and gamerrox are innocent. One of them will be NK'd, but we will have a confirmed innocent in the final 3, giving us at least a 50% shot of winning [worst case scenario]

Here are the possibilities of a gamerrox lynch:
gamerrox lynch - either Cop or Vanilla
-If he turns out Cop, we know Echo is mafia, and we lynch him tomorrow and we win
-If he turns out Vanilla, we know nothing since Echo would know gamerrox is innocent whether he was the cop or mafia. We can't rely on the fact that the mafia would kill Echo tonight because they may very well keep Echo around for WIFOM reasons.[worst case scenario]

I know the extent of my deductive abilities (they're not that great). Despite what I said, it wasn't 100% impossible that the other scum was in on the lynch. I did the same thing in NM2 where I was *sure* strager was mafia - I investigated him the first night and got innocent, which to be honest was like a slap in the face

At that stage, I had no guilty result. I wanted to draw attention away from myself being cop so I could at least get one more night. I thought this would have been pretty obvious to someone like you :/

In case you need more convincing...

If I am actually scum, why on earth would Echo claim cop and say I'm innocent? Why would I claim cop if I'm not? I'm pro-town and claiming cop because you simply want to influence everyone else's decision is simply stupid. Why would I want to mislead you if I'm pro-town?

Just something to think about.

honestly it makes no sense for either of you two to lie, since if one of you are mafia then the best you could hope for would be 2 humans+yourself remaining... that still would make you lose

maybe rolled is mafia like I said at the very beginning, but I don't like how echo handled this

Notes:

I was sure Echo/strager had lost after D1 ended.

ASH protected Echo D1.

gamer forgot his ability D1.

Echo created the deathscenes for night.

Town may have won earlier if gamer had acted D1.

Town should've given time for a claim from ASH or strager.

FINALLY a NM town win :D

I actually realized this morning that we didn't have to lynch Echo to find out his results, since his partner was gone anyway gamerrox and Two would have been cleared whether he was mafia or not :P Still, I had a pretty good idea that gamerrox was smart enough to not claim cop if he was townie, so Echo was still the right choice in that situation.

I suspected ASH having an aux role when he said this when votes were piling on him. It was just a hunch though, and I kind of forgot about it after the first day :P But even if I did remember I don't think I could have defended him without giving him away.

Once gamer claimed, the only way I could win was if I could postpone gamer's death until the last night, since on D3 you still had 2 lynches left. If I tried to lynch gamer D3, then he would have been revealed as cop and I would still lose D4.

So I had to go for a no lynch or lynching someone else.

I don't know why I killed strager, forgot he was roleblocker, sorry ._.
