It appears that I have missed your storyboard, so I took a more detailed look. Judging from your SB code, your animation has 40 frames, but you have 42 pictures in your SB animation folder. That makes pictures sd40 and sd41 redundant.
There are 2 ways of solving this, you either remove those 2 pictures from your folder, or you open your .osb and change the highlighted 40 to 42. Pick one. :p
