Bump for a recheck announcement:

i may accept the recheck request if the map got BOTH a mod and a KDs star from me between 01/Sept/2012 & 21/Octo/2012. It also need to reach my bubling criteria: 12 stars from different modders (include mine).

close it now and i'll pick the first three req which follows my rule.

i know mappers may need to take more time to read the rules before post which would cause them miss a mat's mod. However, this is the best way i can imagine to give a fair chance for all mappers.
