I think if you are newbie you would be very confused and be like "the hell, why should I know that this are 2 repeats Q.Q" And also you can use drum samplesets whistle for them, it sounds really nice~
00:10:115 (3) - NC? Fits pretty much to the music and I think that it's good for combo pattern.
00:39:792 (1,2,3) - This pattern doesn't looks as beautiful as your other ones imo. While it's not really an issue, you can change it for giving the whole diff a better look. Something like http://puu.sh/1dLFV looks like it would be the same niveau as your other patterns~

- 00:04:792 (4,1) - Why not make this into a pre-spinner note by making this into a slider then placing the spinner at 00:05:599 instead? It sounds better IMO if you add a hitobject where the rhythm is strong.

- 01:18:663 (2) - This should be placed 1/2 later. It fits the rhythm better and there isn't lyrics or a strong rhythm at this part.
