animask, what made you think your puzzle crap would work this time?
Anyway, the answer's "something". But gamer beat me to it.
The first contains "something good" the second "something bad". Both of those have something in the description, so the third box contains something.
But gamer's answer was a total guess and I provide logic.

Clarification

It doesn't matter whats in the box...it matters that its something good and its something bad.
Which means the 3rd box would have something that would have both good + bad at the same time.
Now what would be good and bad at the same time?


Think of good + bad as a math question?
Ignore the something...its just a box with bad or good.

They're light boxes...it probably wont hurt them...it would make a better distraction though.

That's the fruits everyone eat respectively.
so...

5 : 14, 9 : 10, 11 : 8, 11 : 6, 17 : 2, 11 : 8, 16 : 3
these are all possible ratio's. none of them are 3:2
the closest is 11 : 8, which probably should have been 12 : 8

there are 7 squares and 7 circles. There is no figure that is used most.

Draw a square.
In the middle of the square draw a small circle.
Draw a circle covering the square.
Draw a square around the circle on the outside.
Now draw another square around the square on the outside.
Draw a circle on each corner of each square.
Now draw a new box in the middle of each circle.
Draw a circle around the entire picture.

I got bored so I pictured a complicated "Legend of Zelda" type puzzle for this.
This doesn't end like most games of the series though...

Uhm...

1. Pick up the key, and open 1 of the lock.
2. Adjust the giant weapon so that it aims the door.
3. Put the open box close to the lever.
4. Use the jar to throw to the switch.
5. Quickly hide yourself inside the box, and then throw the jar towards the lever to close the box (since the giant weapon swings LIGHTLY, I guess you have time to do)
6. Wait the giant weapon break the lock.
7. Use another jar to break the box from inside.
8. Get through the door...

2. Place the box near the switch.
3. Hide in the box.
4. Throw the jar at the door.
5. The evil boss will come out.
6. Press the switch to activate the heavy weapon.
7. Evil boss is hit and fainted.
8. Drag the evil boss into the box.
9. Pull the lever to close the box.
10. Go through the door.

If this's not the answer, I guve up. *white flag*

9) Wait for sword to crush through door, and maul the boss in the progress.
10) Wiat for the credit sequence.
Closest answer so far...I might accept this one but...idk
