if this is from beatmania, consider adding "Komani" since they're the developers of beatmania, and "Benami" in the tags because it's Konami's music video game division.
you have no breaks, so disable the letterbox during breaks for all diffs.

[Normal]
00:13:058 - maybe add a circle to keep that 1/1 rhythm, not to mention it'll follow the bass?
00:13:658 (3,4,1) - consider adding whistles to match the bass in the song. i think it'll be consistent with the green combo colors at the beginning of the song IMO.
00:19:358 (5) - reduce the volume to 50%. i feel that doing this would emphasize the instrumental in this part of the song. if you do this, raise the volume back to 70% for (1) to represent a new pattern.
00:31:358 (4,5) - i think it sounds a lot better if the whistle is at the beginning of the slider and not at the circle. i find the whistle at the circle unfitting with this part of the song IMO.
00:36:158 (3,4) - ^
00:38:558 (6) - that finish is too loud and it might distract players during gameplay. i suggest reducing the volume to 40 or 50% to match the cymbals in the song.
00:52:658 (5) - same as above but at the end.
01:05:258 (3) - do Ctrl+H instead. the slider should be blanketed for this part. like this if you don't know.
01:24:458 (4,5) - flip these sliders around like this. i feel that doing this would make the flow smoother during gameplay.
01:26:858 (1) - maybe replace the whistle for a finish to emphasize the vocals and to represent a new pattern?
01:34:058 (4,5) - i think it sounds nice if you can add whistles at the end of (4) and the beginning of (5). basically adding a whistle at (5) would emphasize the vocals, and (4) would follow it up.
01:40:958 (5) - replace the finish for a whistle. it'll be consistent with 01:21:758 since it has a whistle-finish pattern.
01:55:658 (1) - i feel that the spinner's end should be silenced since the instrumental dies down here.

[Hard]
00:38:258 (6) - same as normal but at the end.
00:53:258 (1) - add a finish at the beginning for consistency with the normal diff.
01:53:258 (1) - remove the NC for this. same reason as above.
01:55:958 (1) - same as the last suggestion on normal.
other than that, this is a nice diff.

-> I really recommend PreviewTime: 71810, I already experimented around and it's the most accurate preview time (: (you must set this manually in Notepad though)
-> Add "ookinakoede" to tags, in some website this song is written without space (also add "Sayonara Sekai" if you want~)

[Normal]

-> Well, there are many variations about how the whistles can be placed on this song though...

  1. 00:10:058 (1,2) - CTRL+R (1) and curve (2) downward instead of upward? It'll give a better circular flow imo, plus an elegant movement between (2,3) xD
  2. 00:14:258 (4) - Add whistle here? (you have whistle on 00:23:258 (4)'s end orz, plus this whistle fits actually :3)
  3. 00:16:058 (2) - (optional) Place slightly higher (~x:461 y:135), to create a less narrow angle between (1,2)?
  4. 00:28:058 (5) - Uhm, I think adding whistle on slider's end to follow the trumpet-like synth here won't hurt xD
  5. 00:46:658 (4) - It's closer to (3) compared to (5), not a big issue though >_<
  6. 00:55:658 (3) - Err... Not really sure with whistle on slider's end here, what it's following actually? (yes, all of the instruments aren't standing strong here, I suggest to add whistle to your blue (2) and remove whistle on slider's end here for a better rhythm~)
  7. 00:57:458 (4,5) - (optional) imo you can put (4) a bit more to the upper-left and adjust (5) to form an arc like this:
  8. 01:00:458 (3) - Because (2) has no whistle, add whistle on slider's start here instead? Feels quite lonely without whistle here >_<
  9. 01:05:258 (3) - (optional) ...uhm, as said in above post, I don't feel really right with this slider... imo it doesn't need CTRL+H though, something like this flows better because of the circular movement:
  10. 01:08:858 (2,3) - Perhaps use 40% volume (instead of 70) to make these two more dramatic? :3
  11. 01:19:358 (3,4) - Uhm, it's unclear whether you're arranging these in a straight line or not >_< (I prefer slightly curving upward though, fits your style more I think xD)
  12. 01:22:058 (1) - Add whistle (together with finish) on slider's start - you have it on Hard~
  13. 01:35:258 (5) - Whistle on slider's start sounds cute with the synth here imo~ Not a must though (:
  14. 01:38:858 (4) - Again, (I think) it'll fit your style better if you put the arc upper (~x:200 y:148) orz ._.
  15. 01:47:258 (3,4,5,6) - (optional) ...to be honest I don't think encircling (4) to (3) works quite well here (somehow it looks rigid because of your previous (1,2)'s placement), I'd focus on these four's arc angle like this:
  16. 01:53:258 (4) - Shorten by 1/1 and don't add anything else? (the synth ends there actually, plus the delay to the spinner really looks dramatic :3)
[Hard]

  1. 00:10:058 (1) - Extend by 1/4? There's a bass sound there orz ._.
  2. 00:13:658 (2,3,4,5,1) - I highly recommend an arc like this, flows a lot better compared to straight line: (I don't really mind the small gap between (1) and (2), I'd sacrifice a tiny spacing inconsistency for a much cuter flow here :3)
  3. 00:29:558 (2) - Minor stuff, move to ~x:385 y:372 for better triangle spacing here (:
  4. 00:37:658 (3) - Put in ~x:422 y:76 for a slight arc? (if you listen to the vocals the notes sang isn't flat, it went down and up so it'll fit the vocals if you made this go down and up :3)
  5. 00:38:858 (1) - (optional) CTRL+R like this? Plays more natural imo >_<
  6. 00:41:258 (1,2) - orz, you can also CTRL+R this for a circular movement if you want xD
  7. 00:55:058 (5) - Whistle on slider's end here? Feels quite empty without it...
  8. 01:04:358 (3,4) - (optional) Apply a triangle jump like this? I personally liked the circular movement on (4,1) here (you can choose not to CTRL+R (4) if you want though :3)
  9. 01:10:058 (3) - Same as Normal, whistle on slider's end here fits the vocal very much and it won't hurt~
  10. 01:15:158 (3,4,5,6) - ...make the spacing gradually increase like this?
  11. 01:21:758 (5) - ...Add finish also here for more power? (not really sure though >_<)
  12. 01:31:358 (4) - Same as above
  13. 01:35:258 (4) - Add whistle as well here? Blends well with the flute ~
  14. 01:43:358 (5,1) - The small jump here, is it intentional? (not that hard to catch though)
  15. 01:55:358 (3) - (optional) Delete note? Basically same as Normal, deleting note will cause more delay before the spinner (plus dramatizes the ending (: )
  16. 01:55:958 (1) - Why start spinner 1/2 after last note, why not 1/8 orz Not a big issue though~
orz, I'll personally recheck this when you've applied the mods~

  1. 01:50:858 (1) - You're not using any hitsound here while in Hard you're using Whistle + Finish, is it intentional? (doesn't sound bad though, just asking...)

I'd use 5% volume sections 01:10:058 (3) - and silence the tick(s)
