There are no preset avatars. The avatars in the Avatars folder are the avatars that everyone has, so that the game could display them all (in the F9). See for yourself, look for 126158_somethingsomethingsomething.And yes, I really need to reiterate myself. Get some better ideas than banning people for reasons that you've already did.
