BPM/Offset seems fine, but I'm using 7290 offset. Try if it sounds better for you.
After changing the offset (if you changed) Do Rolled's 4Rs
In hard:
It doesn't seem spaced very well.
Maybe you could use distance snapping for it.
Example, your first three notes. They are all equidistant to each other. But the third note comes out by 1/4 beat faster, so it thould be spaced closer to the second circle.
And that applies to every beat that is similar. I'll only tell you this spacing problem for now. And I'll let you try to solve the other (plenty) spacing inconsistencies. Who knows? You might master the art of spacing after this one.
Your 26 second break, I suggest putting some notes in there, I'll let you decide when to cut the song. The song is only three minutes, so it shouldn't be a problem if you put more notes to it.
Those reversed sliders at the end of the song seems long, you might want to shorten it by a bit.
Also make the circles bigger. But you can leave them as is though.
AND I really suggest you to use distance snapping for the whole song, it would save me for typing all of those spacing inconsistencies of yours.
This is the only difficulty that I will look at for now, try changing the other difficulties too if you have noticed something wrong.
