I don't see why "Because I want to" isn't a valid reason. If one wants finds a image that he/she likes which happens to have a panty shot (or similar) I think it should be fine to use it as their signature/avatar/bg. It's their account; they should be able to do whatever they want with it (within reason). I doubt a kid will be scarred for life after seeing a panty shot on the internet. Reason to use the image can be arbitrary or valid; it doesn't matter (ex: picture looks nice, has their favorite color, has their favorite shape, is fucking sexy and gives them a boner every time they see it after they post therefore making it an incentive to post more, etc.)Shellghost wrote:
