Some diffs using (or perhaps by mistake) them just sound wrong.
Perhaps you are intending to skin this mapset?
And also, why is there a hitsound at 02:04:453? It's recorded inside the mp3 file!

soft-hitfinish2 is an ongoing hitsound that supposedly extends a prolonged note. Are you sure you want the player to hear this hitsound for a few more seconds, or actually several seconds later, after clicking on an object?
As for 02:04:453, if you can prove that that hitsound is either 1) recorded into the mp3 deliberately for a purpose unknown to me, or 2) supposed to be in the original song as on the OST, I will fully accept it.
Again, please tidy up your hitsound library.

- The diff names are confusing and far too hard to understand. There is no point in reversing names like rehtonA and elbarepuS. You should stick to the names like Beginner, Normal, Hyper, Another, Extra, and so on.
- It looks like your in-game title is messed up. http://osu.ppy.sh/ss/323216 . It is smaller than usual, blends in with the background and is often covered up by the gameplay itself. Titles are best set during places without gameplay so they can be read easily. You should ask a BAT to put it somewhere better.
- Pokie should not be in the tags! You removed the collab difficulty, so Pokie should not be in the tags.
- This difficulty starts on a confusing beat. Something like this would be better. http://puu.sh/waHt
- There are literally ten times as many sliders in the map than circles. You should change some sliders into circles.
- 01:54:574 (1) - Start this spinner on the red tick.
- AR +1. AR 7 just makes the map a clustered mess.
- OD +1.
- 00:24:199 (3) - Shorten this to the red tick.
- 00:25:399 (3) - Shorten this to the red tick.
- 00:26:599 (3) - Shorten this to the red tick.
- 00:28:999 (3) - Shorten this to the red tick.
- 00:34:699 (2) - This slider is EXTREMELY difficult to see under the hitbursts. Make it more visible. http://osu.ppy.sh/ss/323231
- 00:54:199 (3) - Add a repeat, remove 00:54:424 (4), and fix spacing. Kicksliders during streams should have two repeats.
- 01:20:749 - Add circle.
- Jagged streams really don't add anything but frustration to the map. Instances like these http://puu.sh/waaO would be better off in curved lines like these http://puu.sh/wak0 .
- 00:10:249 (1) - Remove a repeat and add a circle at 00:10:399. Then fix the new combos there. This is much more playable since the stream will start on the big white tick.
- 00:16:849 (3,4) - Reverse these so it starts with a circle then the slider.
- 00:33:499 (4) - Random sliders during streams don't play well. Change this into circles.
- 01:47:599 (1,2,3,4,5,1,2,3,4,5) - This 1/8 is overmapping. Nowhere in the music is 1/8 heard. These should be 1/4 like the others. Also, these 1/8 sliders are messing up the HP drain for the entire map, making it much harder than it should be.
