So, instead of a nice little lynch scene, you'll be getting mod spoilers in a second.
I will say that Two was town. He was the Armor king, immune to being killed with a sword. He also encased any of his execution targets in an iron suit, and they could talk the next day.
This game is a little odd in terms of who actually won, so give me a moment to write up the post.

Animask won, guarenteed. He got lynched aside from the secret behind-the-scenes things.

Potential Drama causing information below. I don't like causing drama, but I was urged to post it. So, here goes nothing.
Non-drama version: Mod did behind-the-scenes stuff and made wojjan mafia when backfire wasn't. Town technically won when Hernan was lynched.

In regards to the original setup, town won once Hernan was lynched. Drakari and Hernan were the only two scum.
However, when Wojjan replaced into backfire's slot I switched him to the mafia.
This was due to the potential that someone had cheated and knew who the scum were. I was going to keep the fact that this potentially happened a secret but I was urged by those I shared my thoughts with to at least mention it.
The evidence I had that someone cheated was somewhat circumstancial and based off of someone's word. I'll let any involved parties come forward on their own if they wish to speak. Or, Ival could just come spill all the information. He's the main person who told me to mention it at all.
I will not mention names, because I didn't really want to say anything at first anyway and I don't have concrete proof (in my opinion). I don't really think we need much drama, but it kind-of ruins the point of my games. Expecially when I went through the trouble to tone this one down and try to keep it mostly balanced.

But since you're directly talking about it already, talk with Hernan. I don't have enough evidence to say you cheated, and honestly I'm about neutral in regards to it.

How did I do toning down the roles? Too much? Not enough?
I'm trying to lower the power while still making nobody an actual vanilla townie. (Though, some for most purposes are.)

Vanilla townie is the best town role.
I didn't understand the role synergy
why did deathxshinigami's role exist? it only could help town if mafia lied about their flavor, which they didn't have to do
jester is bad in every game and worse with fewer players
and I disagree with chris about roles being watered down, they were so amped up that really who won and who lost would come to a roll of the dice, which really undermines the whole concept of mafia imo
