Why do I ask that? Because if the mafia win condition is to be 50% of the surviving players then we are screwed on a mislynch. I'm very very concerned that Sync rushed into my lynch without considering that (maybe he knew and is wanting to quickly end this to win).

Huh that isn't quite the answer I expected but that does confirm one thing, it's very possible a mislynch now will mean a loss if the restless spirit is counted as dead.
