not to mention DxS accidentally said your name instead of mine

and it would explain why all of the sudden after salvage dies the only other person who would contest you being town you're now trying to rush a lynch on

before that you tried to rush a lynch on pieguy not even giving him a chance to claim

before that you tried to hurry a lynch on wojjan hardly giving anyone time to talk either

Why the fuck would I kill Salvage if I knew it would be suspicious of me (he was going to scan me, or was he? Why wouldn't he scan you? He said the same fucking thing)

Alright everybody, want to know why I haven't died? Remember that there is only one cop in this entire game who gets peoples roles.

I'm a Bulletproof Bodyguard.

Sync knew that, and chances are the night he "scanned" Wojjan (knowing Salvage scanned Wojjan and was dead, Wojjan even admitted there was nothing they could do) was the night he decided to scan me.

He scanned Salvage as well which obviously shows that he knew he wasn't bulletproof, and Salvage died on the night he was supposed to scan Sync.

There would be no way for anyone else in the entire game to be able to know that.

That's a really big coincidence.

I scanned Salvage because I was suspicious of his claim; after all, town was overpowered: we had you as a doctor (guess not!), me as a flavor cop, Salvage as a JOAT, and Jinxy as a motivator. I thought it was too good to be true -- that, or Mashley is a bad host who can't balance the games. It's not true, because your claim is bullshit. Complete bullshit.

Huh a bulletproof bodyguard, that certainly makes much more sense (in relation to roleclaiming) than a doctor. That still doesn't explain why you weren't targeted for a night kill though (yes, you do mention that he may have scanned you).

Your argument that he knew that you were bulletproof is reasonable however it has equal chance both ways because you knew that he was being scanned last night, this leading to you shooting Salvage because YOU knew he wasn't bulletproof due to Sync's scan (no mention of BP). This allows you to frame Sync and get rid of him before he has a chance to scan you.

This argument can go both ways.

Currently I'm actually leaning towards Sync being town because, so far, his claims have all checked out while your bulletproof claim has as much weight as Salvage's claim now. Basically none. Either it's a ploy to avoid a shooting, using it as an excuse to not draw suspicion towards yourself or you are legitimately one (doubt and for good reason, see Salvage).

Those are my thoughts so far in this sleep deprived state.

Actually it still makes sense as long as you weren't being scanned, you weren't being threatened and 2 of the 4 people who have been scanned have been killed already. So removing him today would barely have hurt mafia without the need to be rid of Jinxy.

it would of slowed down the amount of people being scanned, which would of in turn kept me from being scanned longer

regardless you don't let town keep getting their roles boosted back to back, but you do let mafia continue to get motivated

Ok I can work with that. So Sync scans Chris tonight, Chris protects Sync (Backfire is safe according to Mara). Depending on tomorrow's result we will choose our course of action?

Honestly the argument works both ways as I've said, this is a much better solution than playing roulette with 2 powerful roles.

We can afford to go through with it Sync and this is a surefire way to confirm our only doctor claim. At this stage I am not good for either of your lynches (from this perspective the risk is too great).

Besides if you die Sync then Chris is an auto lynch and town wins anyway.

LunaticMara was Gabe Newell, the delayed vigilante. He suffered from valve time, so he could choose to take aim at someone each night, but could not fire until the next night.
