主な修正点

・複雑だった透過エフェクトの大幅な無駄な行数の削減
・透過エフェクトの数値を1と0の間のみに変更し、可能な限り統一
・移動エフェクトの座標の端数を調節

一部マクロがあるので.osuにテキストを移す場合は気をつけてください

全エフェクトの開始から終了までのタイミングは統一されていません

あくまでも整理しただけなので移動エフェクトや開始から終了までのタイミングなどは自身で修正する等してください

現在のBPMとoffsetでの設定が元となっています
もしBPMが今後変化した場合は微調節をしてください

もし問題点があった場合や再び調節をして欲しい場合はPMを再びしてくれれば時間がある時に対応します

I'm not going to check the whole mapset but mention some problems over here:
1) spacing - try to use constant spacing (space proportional to time) throughout the song, so that players can estimate the time that they can hit the notes. For many cases the spacing differs a bit but you'd better fix them since you're using grid level 4, and for the two examples (0:11, 1:18) above, it misleads players very much. For example 1:18 the spacing of (1,2) and (2,3) are similar, that one gets 1 beat difference while the another one gets 0.5 beat difference. New combo can help you to notify players for the spacing change.
2) sounding - somehow I think normal whistle maybe too loud with this song...

1) The usage of xx (2-plets) - It does not fit with this song imo, the drum accent is clearly on the white tick and red tick, or 1/4 long stream, so xx may not be so suitable. Try to map referring to drum and vocals.
2) Finishes placement - sometimes you place lots of finishes but sometimes none. Try to make your placement logic unique throughtout the diff.

2. Song Setup - Source - 私的にはONE PIECEは入らないような気がします。（BGもワンピース関連ではなく、TV sizeでもないので。入れるとしたらtagsに？）
3. Timing - 緑線がtick上に乗ってない部分あるので最低KIAI TIME start,endは乗せましょう

I'm not going to check the whole mapset but mention some problems over here:
1) spacing - try to use constant spacing (space proportional to time) throughout the song, so that players can estimate the time that they can hit the notes. For many cases the spacing differs a bit but you'd better fix them since you're using grid level 4, and for the two examples (0:11, 1:18) above, it misleads players very much. For example 1:18 the spacing of (1,2) and (2,3) are similar, that one gets 1 beat difference while the another one gets 0.5 beat difference. New combo can help you to notify players for the spacing change.
2) sounding - somehow I think normal whistle maybe too loud with this song...

I will talk about general problems as well

1) The usage of xx (2-plets) - It does not fit with this song imo, the drum accent is clearly on the white tick and red tick, or 1/4 long stream, so xx may not be so suitable. Try to map referring to drum and vocals.
2) Finishes placement - sometimes you place lots of finishes but sometimes none. Try to make your placement logic unique throughtout the diff.
I think the rest of it does not sounds bad, so I hope I can recheck taiko when it gets some remapping orz.
