Frankly, i thought everyone was going to be a lot older before i looked at the poll. It could just be that the older people are more willing to post and open up on the forum, so the impression is that there are more of them.
As for the hentai, there's simply no reason for such content to be absolutely everywhere and filling every 'Off Topic' section on every forum. If you want hentai, it already exists in a billion other places on the web. Moreover, perhaps it's just not everyone's cup of tea. ;]

Yes, of course, you're absolutely right. osu! is not supposed to be a fapping site/game. If you want to fap, there are better places to do that. But In my opinion some asthetic hentai bg's wouldn't be bad. I'm not talking about tentacle rape and fetish stuff like that but nice good looking nudes could spice maps up a little bit. In General, i don't really like this "mature content? bad bad bad bad, not allowed here!!1" since the internet is full of porn and hentai. And that's why every 12 year old kid can look at 18+ stuff. Very true. The concept of mature content is very idealistic (and to that extent, ignorant) in that 'mature' content is freely available to anyone who has so much as a passing curiosity. Then again, there does need to be some moral guidance, otherwise the world would just turn into a cesspit of pornography and standards would fall hugely - not like they haven't started doing that already, but eh.
