What's the list of aux roles we have?

But even if that's the case, put it this way: if the person used their ability, the wolves may have been notified who that person is. Therefore, there is absolutely no reason why they should just say who they are

Then if the insomniac used their ability, they should speak up. They are certainly revealed when they use it.

Otherwise, the other two Aux roles should stay quiet for now. There's no need to know the number of wolves left quite yet IMO. If a lot of you think otherwise, we can vote on it. :3

Since it is no longer part of the Status post, I will reiterate here for the record the list of roles I intended to use in this game.

With 14 players, 5 wolves means 9 humans.

* Coroner
* Vigilante
* Seer
* Insomniac

The rest Civilians (5 of them).

You are technically correct; the best kind of correct. Some Aux roles do come with a risk or mandate of being discovered by the wolves through them either being told your ability was used or even your name.

Standings will be updated with Suburu's and YoshiKart's votes within 5 minutes. Done.

YellowYoshi1 felt as if he was on pins and needles. He knew that this "game" would be dangerous and intense, but nothing could have prepared him for the sense of despair and dread he now had from seeing three people die around him while he was powerless to do anything.

He walked around quietly in the village, surveying the people. One person in particular stood out, and that was YoshiKart. He didn't seem to ever really communicate with the others and was always hasty in his votes. YellowYoshi1 couldn't help but think that there was some reason that he was keeping so quiet and voting so hastily. He decided to go over and attempt a conversation.

"Man... we only got here yesterday and already three people have died... I don't know how much of this I can take..."

YoshiKart, nervous to see someone approaching him, quietly lowered his head in meekness. He managed to make some eye contact when YellowYoshi1 began to talk. But soon after the word "died" left his lips, a vibe of fear came again from all directions and struck YoshiKart.

YoshiKart ran away in shock.

There was definitely something up with this YoshiKart fellow. He hadn't said but one sentence and the guy bolted. YellowYoshi1 was content to find out what the guy was up to though. He chased after YoshiKart and called out, "Oh come on, is that how you treat someone who was just trying to be nice and talk with you?"

His timidness was instantly replaced with frustration and anxiety. However, the fear vibe strangely crawled away...

YellowYoshi1 stopped and was breathing rather heavily from the running, he wasn't in the best shape in the world.

"Well... wouldn't you rather... go through this knowing people and having friends to help you out? Isn't that better than going alone?"

His breathing slowly returned to normal as they stood there. Just what was with this guy? First he was too afraid to say a single word and ran away, and then he was yelling...

"Besides... doesn't the person that goes off all alone usually get killed in a horror movie?"

" Did he drop any good loot?" -He thinks-

Despite having everthing that assures his survival, Sir Minelli is greedy.. Or maybe he just played World of Warcraft too much.

Suddenly he stops walking. He started feeling something strange... yes...
"my stomach has never sounded this hard" -he thinks-

He feels somthing is not good... maybe it was the sausage that he ate.

He runs to the bathroom asap!

As YellowYoshi1 one focused on the race, he was sure he would win. Sure, YoshiKart was ahead, but he was right behind him... and just as YellowYoshi1 was about to pass him for a last minute victory, Vytalibus had pulled the plug. He just sat there with his mouth open in disbelief as Vytalibus lectured them.

After his speech all YellowYoshi1 said was, "...I was about to win..."

Nooo, Pasonia :< Fucking wolves,you could have killed kuwarudo.

So, about voting.. I'm not feeling like writing a big story, actually.
I'll just post my vote and the reason.

Who: I'm actually not quite sure. The most dangerous person looks like Minelli to me.
If I recall correctly, Pasonia was the first person to vote for Minelli. Now he's dead. Also, his votes are really random. No, I don't just say that because he voted for me, I say that because he voted for me because he "doesn't like pirates" (Keep an eye on Loginer for the same reason). I seriously have no other idea why the wolves would kill Pasonia. Maybe to get the lemon note? Nevertheless, my vote at the moment is for Sir Minelli. I hope I won't end up as dead as Pasonia... Well, if I get killed, you can be sure that Minelli is a wolf at least.

I've narrowed the list of suspects down to 7 5 people.

While typing this post, I spent waaaay too long thinking. I have a list of 5, of which I'm certain 3 are definitely wolves. The other two are gut feeling/left over.

Right now, I won't make a vote. I want to see how things turn out. I still want discussion about Loginer.

Looking for someone to speak, the best idea was to speak to those who apparently know something.
"Miss Suburu? Where are you?" Empty words searched the island, while Wojjan wandered through the streets, not knowing what could follow him.

"I can't believe this is being considered TV material.. People dying, is it that entertaining?" Those thoughts haunted him for a while, untill he shook them off in a quick turn towards the person he was looking for.

"Who knows, we might fall to their trap by lynching another innocent being..."

Suburu woke late today, apperently not getting much rest last night. She leaves her room, and bumps right into Wojjan, falling onto the ground.

LadySuburu: Ow...

Edit: Not an Insomniac hint. I literally didn't get much rest last night. Finals. :/

YellowYoshi1 was in a sour mood. Not only had vytalibus shut off the game merely seconds before he would have had a victory, he also insisted on reminding him of the dire situation around them. The one he had been trying to avoid with some fun games.

He shot angry glances over at vytalibus, paying no attention the conversation going on. He then wandered back into his own house and looked around. It wasn't much but at least it was somewhere to get away from people when he needed it. He walked over and fell onto the large bed in the corner, he wondered what would happen during the course of this game and if he would even make it out alive. Tears began to roll down his face as the thoughts became too much for him until he suddenly got up and dug through his things until he found a homemade bracelet. It was simply a torn piece of green t-shirt tied together with broken pieces of CD glued on.

"How could I forget this?" he asked himself with a small smile as he put it on. As the sun shined in through a window it reflected off of the CD shards and shined small speckles along the floor.

He then found some paper and began working for a while on a letter. Sealed in an envelope with the name 'YoshiKart' written on the front, YellowYoshi1 went back out into the village once more and slipped the letter under YoshiKart's door before he returned to his own home.

YellowYoshi1's Homemade Bracelet - It provides some source of inspiration to YellowYoshi1. A ragged piece of green t-shirt tied together and decorated with shards of CD.

YellowYoshi1 goes emo for a bit, finds his old bracelet that is some source of inspiration to him, and writes & delivers a letter to YoshiKart.

More discussion less RPG?

If you post via writing a story, it's almost impossible to tell who you are. Now contrast that with posting opinions. Your true character will shine through :P

Not that we can't write stories, but any opinions you have should really be told straightforwardly. Therefore, the only ones who have any reason to post mostly through storytelling are the wolves. :)

Well sorry for being creative and actually making the game a little more interesting. Because having a little more thought in a post is so bad? =P

Also I thought the point was to RP throughout the game anyways. Otherwise there wouldn't be much point to "You've been placed on an island, you get uber gaming stuff. There's a village where you'll be living. Etc, etc..."

I wasn't speaking specifically to you, sorry for the misunderstanding. Less role playing means it'll make things easier to figure out. :)

I'm totally not against an RPG; we used to do a lot of them on our class forum and were a lot of fun (2000 word posts every time~) :X

Maybe just clarify things with crystal clear words in one sentence afterward?

Wojjan has gathered those he could trust in the village, to bring up some topics he could probably get killed for at night. But he thought that there must be something that he could do other than wait on the reaper to read his name.

"I got it. They're just both wolves, occusing one another to build an alibi! Echo would fall out of suspicion if it's revealed that Loginer is a wolf, because he was the one who brought him up. and if that's the case...A-,,-"

That was about everything a bystander could make out of it.

Later that day, Wojjan put up a vote for Echo

For the first time in the course of the game, Vytalibus was confused. Sir Minelli had just approached him to hand over a tiny notebook, which contents will never be revealed unless he would open it. Vytalibus was strickened with guilt and tension; he now possessed something that was not his. The weird laugh Minelli let out only amplified the temptation to open the notebook, but Vytalibus found the guts to keep it aside for now. He would not need it yet, whatever purpose it might be.

"I vote for Echo," Vytalibus raised his hand. "I don't have any strong proof or very logical reason why, but his... dangerous actions are kind of scary and uncomfortable."

"...Must've fallen asleep..." He said to himself as he sat up in his bed. Sunlight was still shining in through the windows as he got up and stretched. Looking at his clock, he saw that he had only fallen asleep for about a half hour. He felt revitalized even from that short of a nap however.

"I should go check the standings..."

He walked outside to the ever familiar pavilion and took a gander at the voting board. He noticed that YoshiKart had a vote against him from some guy named Atmey. Who was he to cast a vote so hastily? Had he even been around the island at all?

Despite only having known YoshiKart for a long while, he decided that he would stand up for his new friend on the island.

YellowYoshi1 casts his vote against Atmey.

YellowYoshi1 wakes up from a nap and decides to check out the standings and vote.

Echo looked at the tally board, and took note of the voters. Seeing the marks next to his name, Echo laughed.

Taking out a piece of paper and a pencil from his pocket, Echo crossed several names off the list and went back to his hut.

Those who were watching carefully could see the ghost of a smile etched on his lips.

Please listen to me.

Assume the worst case scenario (I'm 90% sure this is the case): 5 wolves, 6 villagers. The wolves will get a kill tonight, meaning by tomorrow:
  1. If we lynch a villager, the wolves will be ahead of the villager count, ie. wolves win
  2. If we lynch a wolf, then we stay ahead by 1, giving us another day.
I am a villager. If you lynch me now, we all lose. If you don't lynch me, the wolves will get me tonight. Either way, I will die. Read this carefully. If I do die tonight at the hands of the wolves, then the villagers will have to rely on luck to win.

This is my offer: lynch someone who is definitely, 100% certain a wolf. In exchange, I will pm a person I trust, my list of wolves. The list contains five names of which at least three are definitely wolves. That person will post that list tomorrow, in case I die tonight, which is extremely likely. This person (you know who you are) should NOT reveal himself to have communicated with me.

The insomniac MUST NOT SLEEP tonight. He MUST claim his role tomorrow, and tell the others what he knows.
The coroner or seer MUST IMMEDIATELY claim their role and post what they know about the people who have died. I am almost certain they are all villagers. If they are, worst case scenario, etc. etc.

I will be back in 7 hours to see if you have made up your mind.

I could explain the IRC part, but you'd just see it as a crappy excuse and use it as "evidence" against me. Kind of like the second part, where I basically meant "Prove it or GTFO", although it seems that might've been a bad way to put it.

As for why I'm not posting much, it's because I don't take this game as seriously as you are. Anyway, considering you're trying to get me killed, I might as well counter and place a vote on you (Echo). inb4 "wolfwolfwolflynchhim"

Kuwarudo, again, looking out the window, due to some people talking, saw Vytalibus talking to Echo, in an epic manner, he could just imagine it, raining, occasional lightning and thunder, and capes. You gotta have capes. But sadly, none of those are happening except the talking. He went back to his chair, and continued.


I just noticed, no one ever mentioned about eating. So does that mean nobody ever ate anything yet??

Am I helping Pasonia? Can you PM me if this is helping?

Vytalibus was not surprised that he would be on the list. With the use of logic comes suspicion, jealousy and even the lust for killing people who would not shut up. I doubt that, though I might start to remind you to be careful on who you're pointing your finger at." He started adjusting his gloves because his hands were getting stuffed up in them. "Still, I want you to know that I am also using my own logic to try and deduce who could be behind Pasonia's death."

Sorry I nearly missed my own deadline.

It seems tension is running high...

...so high that it seems time is taking forever...

The sundown deadline has been EXTENDED until 8 PM EST TOMORROW.

(Those of you who need the extra time can thank me later.)

Standings are now 100% up-to-date and accurate.

Edit: New deadline got a size boost for eyecatching so people notice it.

The eleven remaining participants trudged over to the gallows.

It was very clear who the popular vote was; most of them didn't even need to look at the standings board.

Eager to get it over with, Loginer dashed up to the platform, screaming "forget it, I won't have any of you being able to say you eliminated me!!" and proceeded to hang himself.

Loginer is now dead by lynch and is out of the game.

Most of the participants didn't even bother to stick around and immediately turned around and headed back home the moment he was dead.

Night 2

During This Phase: Auxiliary Roles required to do so must PM me. Also, private Wolf kill discussion.

Remember, you must be SILENT on the boards during a Night phase, but can still discuss privately all you like.

Deadline: 9:00 PM EST on May 12 (2 days and 45 minutes from the time of this post).

I have double-checked things and realized something.

Sir Minelli has FAILED TO CAST A LYNCH VOTE this Day Phase and will be issued a Phantom Vote for Day 3.

Okay, this is ridiculous.

It's been several days since the start of the Night cycle, and the deadline for Aux Role Human PMs (which I got all of, by the way) passed over a day ago.

Where the HELL is my Wolf Kill PM?! I'M WAITING...

OOC Interference: How about you disregard the wolf PM and assume that the wolves, for some odd reason, don't want a kill?

This could very well be a strategy by them, or maybe they felt they should help "even out the odds".

I told both wojjan and Vytalibus about Echo's possibility of being the unknown celebrety. How's that for a twist? :3

I suspect that at least one is a wolf. Unfortunately, there's no way to actually win unless wolves let us.

Suburu, completely demoralized from the results of her tests the last few days, decided that if she's going to die she might as well do something nice for everyone, even if more than half of the remaning people are wolves.

So, she gathered up all the food materials she could, and began making a huge feast. As there'd be no lynching, due to the loss of Echo, she felt eerilly at ease that she'd be the likely kill tonight. At least the others would get to live one more day.

OOC: Is there much of a point in continuing the one/two kill situation each day? Usually in wolf or mafia games, when wolves or mafia equal or outnumber town the game ends, with every town killed in endgame. :/

OOC: While Ace said that the win goal for the Wolves is when all the humans are killed, it's senseless to try and continue this game when there are fewer humans than wolves. The wolves will just outvote them by day, and then kill more by night.

While I do not wish to believe that we haven't killed even a single wolf, I strongly believe in LadySuburu's claim of being a Coroner, and that she is telling the truth about the humans being picked off one by one.
