I'm not a day investigater, I told you guys, I get random shit.
I was give a pm by LS where Mara was talking to himself and he didnt notice me.
It more or less went Mara: "Hey mara, dude, wake up"
Mara : "Huh what"
Mara : "Man, you're crazy".
Something along that lines.

Obviously he's getting guilty reads from anyone, since he is not sane.

SO

I guess mara is a Psycho Cop (Or whatever they call the cop who gets guilty reads on everyone) Day Vig with a post restriction, most likely sided with a cult or mafia.

Makes absolutely no sense. Paranoid cop does though, but is completely useless.

Edit: Alright then so Mara is just a paranoid day vig? Or if he was a day JOAT then he actually is nothing?

A cop that gets guilty/not guilty results makes pretty much zero sense for mafia, and someone who has to draw that much attention to themselves AS WELL as not giving accurate results would be pretty much impossible to win with if he's a third party.

Kokizi and MDuh I wouldn't know because I've never played with them before.

Looks like LS focused more on our actual actions in games rather than our scumminess (ex: NoHItter getting his role because he apparently asks a lot of questions). With this in mind...

0_o: No idea what he does in games. He never stood out. A vanilla townie would not be likely. I hear he is good at being Mafia tho?
Lilac: In the two games I was with him, he suddenly attacked someone hard, completely out of the blue. I would have given him some sort of conditional day-vig, but guess we have that already.
JInxyjem: An impression I got was that he sometimes makes votes against his better judgement because he is forced to by others in the game. Can't think of a role that fits this tho.

Mind you, I have next to no meta because I'm still relatively new. I also am relatively new to forum mafia itself and don't know all the roles out there.

So basically, Mara's insane and has to spout nonsense until we lynch the person who is in possession of the amulet of funk, if it even exists, at which point he probably becomes a useful cop/vig and will most likely be nightkilled if that happens anyway.

so i guess i have to ask because im not sure here: adam, did you know it was nohitter who targetted you specificly? also, did you post your story thing before or after you were "motivated". i guess i just want to know if we were to lynch nohitter if you could still be as useful.

I've been playing mafia with LS for two years, do you really think he ignored my entire history of being generally considered town (truthfully might I add, proportionally I really haven't been mafia that often) and base my roll off of one successful mafia play?

Actually there's no way to be subtle about that - I have a one-shot vig kill. Taking suggestions on who to kill, I'm thinking 0_o or Swiftwolf right now.

I think I said I can't confirm that NoHItter was specifically the person who motivated me, he says there was something that indicated it was him, but I have no idea what he means.
And the motivation occurred after my first post, and after his first post about my ability.

I said the guilty result on nohitter was explained away, I didn't say nohitter was town or anything like it

For some reason he doesn't feel as logical as usual. As if he's leaving out some information that could easily contradict his
opinions.

I'll HoS Chris instead... I haven't voted for anyone yet, but RVS never happened and I usually don't vote until I'm sure.

Mara seems like he would be bothersome now and potentially useful later in the game. I don't know much about Skyrim, so something
Skyrim related might show up that people can use later.

I think you're pretty suspicious, but since you were judged by Mara (or whatever), I'm not sure what to think of you yet. You're in the same situation as me. We both have investigations that appear guilty and we both roleclaimed in order to avoid being lynched or further suspicious. I feel like you could've done something better than that, but Two can be is annoying. At least Two tries to start discussion and provoke players at the same time doing so.

so we have animask protect mashley and if it fails then we lynch animask. or if mafia shoots someone else then whatever right? at this point it would be wiser to use the shot today rather than risk wasting it and losing a confirmed town.
