There's a difference between legibly guessing and just being an idiot posting "titles" that do not exist in the first place.
Ecchi to baka is not an anime title that even exists, seriously... do you have to spam the heck out of this Guujin?
Also simlarilen, your hint is very vague if best as there is literally hundreds of anime titles that are "very ecchi" as you have put it.
Make it something that'll make it easier to guess the anime especially given how horrible the screen quality is.
Why do people insist on not posting a full-size screenshot instead of something disgustingly small and pixelated?
Go through this thread and take note of the fact nobody has ever done that before you two and no, it is not something "challenging" because of posting something that bad a quality.

well.. i made this screenshot when i was watching the anime and i didnt edit it, if it is pixelated it is because the stream was just very bad quality.
