This link should have MOST of what you need. This has all the basic sounds from each game, and they are organized nicely, labeled, etc. Should you need a sound that is NOT in that file, check my complete rips below.

These rars contain every sound in the game short of the songs themselves, so you'll have all the special hit sounds, yells, cheers, heeeeeeelps, ouendaaaaaans, and storyboard sounds. However, the files are unlabeled (00A9_0000.wav, etc.), so you'll have to do a bit of searching to find what you need. I'd recommend sorting by file length if you need a single file. They files seem to be organized a bit by where they appear in the game, ex. all the special hit sounds for a song appear near each other, sounds for each song's opening seem to be close together, etc. Then again, I haven't listened to all of this stuff.
