One is for Pass, the other is for Fail.
Only one of the two will appear when you play, so it's correct :P

I'm pretty sure I got a weird black frame with a smaller resolution. I'll try again/ask around to be sure.

Hey, look at this awesome map.

General

Nice thing you did with the clap sound. Also, I like what you did with the combo colors! I was going to suggest it myself until I noticed you did it.

Timing

Offsets sound a bit early to me. Try these changes:
21,325 to 21,331
47,324 to 47,332
135,989 to 136,003

Use 1/8 to resnap. Just remember that using 1/8 snap interval is NOT RECOMMENDED unless you are a very experienced beatmapper.

Surface

00:28:991 (4) - The slider ticks sound awkward on this.
00:36:916 (2) - Same here.

Bathys

02:19:322 (6) - whistle here? music kind of wants normal-whistle-normal-whistle.

Abyss

00:29:330 (5,6,7,8) - Not sure how I feel about these. They fit the music but this doesn't happen anywhere else in the map so they kind of stick out. Probably leave them how they are... just felt like saying this.

You were right, but your offsets feel a bit too late for me. i did a +6, +6, +9 and now it feels great.

Imo it plays and feels much better if you keep the accentuation on the bass lines (00:21:330 (1,2,3,4)) throughout the whole part as there is no other "rhythm" to follow in a piano solo. It also made playing the easiest diff much more...well...easy (for me at least):

(*), (also applies to 00:34:580 (4)) - The bass beeing 1/8 late felt like bad timing without playing it at 25% (and it is pretty much spot on). I wanted to put some notes ~1/16 earlier (just between the melody and bass). I was hitting those notes about 25-40ms early on my first go. So even if the bass is mapped properly...it still felt a bit late. After 4 or 5 plays I was hitting ~8-9ms early in the first part, ~4ms late in the 2nd and finally 3ms early in the last part. I guess it may be the missing "beat" and the kinda "freestyle" piano that confused me here but probably still worth looking at?

The SB is just incredible! As expected didn't find anything "wrong" (except for the unsnapped slider ending) and my suggestions are just that. I'd love to give 2 stars (for the great SB and for the nice mapset) but ppl seem to have accuracy issues lately...they just can't hit the "give kd" button even if they use most of my suggestions :roll: I'll be back after some more modding to throw another one!

Ok I fixed and discussed two minor changes to the timing with Faust himself.

Another pattern in Bathys has been reworked because the timing messed up a slider people already pointed out a few times, so i removed it.

I rechecked and nothing seems out of place.

The only issue right now is that three sliders (two in Surface and one in Abyss) seem to have an unsnapped end, but there's absolutely no way to fix them. I did my best making them as close as possible by working on the code so i guess they are "off" by 1/2 ms, a very forgettable amount for a slider end in my eyes.

After you fixed the combo colours (actually one of them created a lot of confusion with the SB) and after a dobule check of the timing (I must thank Faust for accepting my request, even if we refined some sections) consider this bubbled.

For the next BAT (or MAT, if the maps gets popped) that is willing to check this here you are some informations:

*fail-background.png's dimensions are not exactly 1024x768 (but 640x480) on mapper's choice; I argued this little issue with some BATs and for them it was ok;
*Unsnapped hitobjects on 00:49:360 (2) [Bathys] and 00:39:990 (4) - 00:29:000 (4) - [Surface] due to a red section's presence. Since it's impossible to fix it, the mapper approximated their lenght and it should be fine in this way.

Hey!

Just a few things to mention:
  1. Letterbox During Breaks is on, and even though there aren't any you couuuld turn it off. But don't bother doing that if you don't want to, it's not really needed :P
  2. Why is the last kiai so long? The effects of the kiai are not shown since there's only SB in that section. You could make it shorter :V
  3. You coooould lower OD in all difficulties by one tick. The thing is that, from my past experience, when OD is high than AR you need to be much more accurate and players have even complained about timing (saying that it was wrong, when it was perfect). I'd rather have it lowered than seeing stupid comments like that in the thread later :P
