does this mean i can't get korean flag even though I'm korean and have been living in korea and moved to canada few years ago. I can't even join korean rooms cause they check the flag status rather than the nationality and get kicked.

I have been sharing account with my brother for 4 months. But 3 days ago I moved to Norway with my father because he had to work.
When we got here, I got a new laptop and my brother made me an own account! But he is in india so I got india flag. Is there a way to change that to norway flag? Thanks!
