9/10 - the thing which is bothering me is the fact that the Aperture Science logo is being covered by the white background, which not only is ugly when viewing the avatar in-game but reduces overall quality since its not transparent.

Also, JPEG *shivers*.

Get rid of white background, make it into a PNG to allow alpha transparency, and you get 10/10.
