hmmm i think everything is superfine but maybe you can change 01:21:407 (1,2,3,1,2,3,1,2,3,1,2,3) - on insane a little bit, the jumps seem to fast for so many triples xD
And perhaps make the circles a bit bigger in the hard dif, and 1 less overall difficulty

The MP3 sounds horrible. Find something better or tune it's volume down.
OMG storyboard. It's WAY too flashy. You hear me? WAY too flashy. Even my very trained eyes hurt after playing this.

These probably don't need to be "fixed", but I figured I'd mention them.

[Easy]
01:44:271 = Most of the hit circles before this are right next to each other, so the sudden jump here seems a bit odd to me, even though it's a very (very) small jump. Probably not a big deal.

[Hard]
01:01:407 = Feels like there should be another hit circle here.

[General]
00:13:408 - 00:26:741 = Seems like a lot of space where the map could have already started.

all diffs are good. was about to bubble, but you have like 3I which's not allowed,
suggest you to down a [Lvl 45] to be a H icon on beatmap listening,
for a [Lvl 45] diff, maybe because of too much of 1/2 notes, that's why it look a bit too hard more then it should be.

Nothing too major but will have to pop for now

-I suggest you limit the fast pulsing sb to only happen during kiai time, it has a real strain on the eyes pulsing so fast for the majority of the map
-As a minor comment you might as well make sure all your kiai time is snapped

Lvl 10:
-Looking at the general difficulty spread this is pretty hard for the easiest difficulty, would be nicer if it could be more beginner friendly
-Make sure you stop the storyboard where the map finishes or the map will not end by itself
02:29:427 (1) - seems odd to end kiai time in the middle of a spinner to me

Lvl 45:
