Blue - suggestions. You don't need to apply them if you don't want.
Orange - issues. You should fix them.
Red - major issues. You must fix them.

Reduce HP Drain rate and Overall Difficulty by 2 or 3 notches.
Maybe some new combo colours?

10:948 (1) Delete that note.
12:646 (x) Put a note here.
13:778 (x) Put a note here.
15:476 (x) Put a note here.
16:042 (1) Delete that note, start a slider (still new combo), reverse tick at 16.325, end at 16:608.
17:174 (2) Delete that note, copy a previous slider.
18:032 (x) Put a note here.
18:306 (3/4) Convert this slider to a note.
18:589 (x) Put a note here.
18:872 (x) You can make a spinner or a slider here.

a) If spinner, finish it at 21:136.
b) If slider, finish it at 19:721, reverse ticks at 19:155 and 19:721. Then make another slider at 20:287, reverse tick at 20:570 and end at 20:853. Then add notes at 21:136 and 21:419.

I've done it on 1/4 BSD. Also don't forget to proper distance snap all notes! (I used 0.8x but you may use lower value)

Nie będę kaleczył za bardzo Angielskiego, gdyż nie jestem w nim dosyć dobry. Dlatego napiszę po Polsku.

Poprawiłem wszystkie pomarańczowe błędy, które zaznaczyłeś i kilka niebieskich. Myślę że o to ci chodziło, jeżeli nie - najlepiej napisz w grze.

Uhm... So... That "Snow!!" is pretty good, but I think you can do better with "Storm!!!" one - for me it kind of don't match the song at all. Well, but that's only me, so. :D Great job for 2nd beatmap. ;)

Hm, let's see

[General]

-Delete Kugimiya Rie in Artist, since it's redundant (it's already on tags!) and then make a full submission
-Delete Mizore Shirayuki from tags, it's already on Artist; same thing for "Rosario" and "Vampire" (this time because they're already on Source)
-Combo colours are similar, consider to change them (I suggest that the second combo colour should be white?)
-Video is compressed in 16:9, which is bad considering the original size. Add this instead? (also because quality is better): http://www.mediafire.com/?28jg7ff75nx38bt
-Offset -5ms~ don't forget to resnap all notes (Timing > Resnap All Notes) after you changed it
-You have two .osb file in your folder. Consider to delete one of them
-"Hail!" and "Snow!!" have different offsets. Also, in "Hail!", hitobjects are not snapped. Fix it, please

Circles are a bit small in my opinion, consider to increase Circle Size? Also, decrease slidertick rate by 2

00:25:837 (2) - Make this slider 1/4 shorter, in order to follow the instrumental voice
00:27:110 (4) - Confusing position, because spacing is not respected. Fix it using Distance Snap
01:05:035 (4) - Very huge jump for the easier diff! I strongly reccomend to fix it.
01:05:161 (Kiai) - Make it start here 01:05:019

[Snow!!]

00:22:425 (1) - Make this spinner 1/4 shorter
00:34:170 (1) - I suggest you to use spacing here, it can be confusing, or at least you can make it more distant from 00:32:189 (8)
01:23:698 (4) - Same problem here
01:24:830 (1) - Silence this spinner
