That's a lot of inherited timing sections just to silence ticks. Consider just using a silent tick sound as a custom hitsound in the first set.
Probably would be nice to have a little lead-in.

Drain is a little high, but it's fine.
03:03:045 (2,4) - are stacking right in editor, but not in gameplay. Must be another stacking bug =x
There were a few tricky spots, but nothing that I'd point out as "wrong".
