Your BPM is indeed right, but not your offset.
Change it to 2 690.

P.S.: The mp3 quality is really bad, better looking for a better one.

More or less agreed here, offset is 2686 imo

however given that the map hasn't been updated and no effort has been put into this at all, I'd say it's a dead end anyhow.
