BPM: 161 (if you was felling something is weird then it was this)
Offset: 1083 sounds good (im poor at offsets :| )

Suggestions:
-Use Grid Snap.
-Use Distance Snap.
-Im not sure if you should add new timing (not interherit ones) to bypass slider velocity (im not sure if that is even rankable :? )
-Add longer Lead-in time maybe? o.o

After changing timing you will need to resnap notes (or even change sliders length). And after you do it you can PM me for more modding.

Shinkai:
If that should be "Normal" difficulity then it should not be that hard.
Your storyboard miss "h", "i" and "n" in difficulity name? (or was that on purpose? S kai o.o )

Bankai:
Waaaah, wazat ._. (no words can describe epicness of that difficulity).

To be honest here, this is too hard for a Normal and many new players will find this too hard as a Normal, I suggest renaming this as Hard and making an easier Difficulty as a Normal.

I suggest lowering the Overall Difficulty setting, this is pretty impossible in the later parts of the map especially, this is both pretty awesomely made and at the same time messy :P

Difficulities looks (plays) much better than before :3

[Normal (Shikai)]:

As long as it should be normal difficulity its still too hard i think. Think about players that are new here and that cant play as good as you can ^^ (i missed few notes too D: sorry, im noob T T ). Maybe try setting difficulity settings bit lower? Also there are some little jumps that can be quite hard for less experienced players. You can also do what NachoPiggy wrote.

Also:

This looks quite weird. As long as this is on purpose players can think that they should click orange notes earlier than white.
There are more things like this there.

[Hard (Rukia)]:

00:25:21 (1) - maybe place this 1/4 further on timeline? ;> It sounds better like this but you will need to place that note farther from previous note.

Also:

This one looks weird. I know that Distance Snapping forced it to look like this (i checked it) but its looks quite weird. Maybe change Distance Snapping settings to set 12,13,14 looks like 8,9,10? o.o

I see nothing more here. I like this diff :3

[Insane (Bankai)]:

Lot of notes are mistimed here. Why? Because you added more timing sections (not interherit ones) there and it confuses your timing.

Thats all i think. You repaired a lot from issues and leaved some. I think I can star it anyways.

00:31:26 (1,2,3,4,5,6) - Extremely odd silent.
01:14:12 (1) - Honestly I'm not even sure this is humanly possible.

Overall

Try mapping in grid level 2 or 3, reducing the slider velocity and finding a spacing that suits your mapping style. I'll be willing to come back and star and re-mod this when its in pending, so good luck and keep up the work :D

  5. Imo, you should tone down the Overall Difficulty a little bit.

Hard was the only difficulty I really liked when I played it, but the beatmap's still pretty good overall, so I think it deserves a star. It's a good song choice too.

I feel a little lazy for not trying to mod it in detail, but besides Insane being wtf hard, I didn't notice any playability issues. Plus MM already bubbled so I don't think I'd find anything. :D

Timing sounds fine, everything else seems checked out... but...

[Easy]

00:23:35 (1,2,3,4) - Blue ticks? 1/2 forward please~
00:43:94 (6) - Huh, this repeating slider sounds a bit weird here... :?
01:00:15 (4) - Again sounds a little odd... hmmm... but this is easy, I guess? XD

[Normal]

00:40:02 (6) - I'd have the clap off for the last repeat, sounds off. XD
00:49:71 (1) - I am a little fuzzy about repeat sliders that repeat on a weird tick, so I'd suggest trying a different way to map this part of the map. But that's just a suggestion. XD
01:02:38 (2) - A play with volume here would be great, if the end of that slider went out with a bang. Or even, just a finish right on the end. It feels odd that it is left echoing there with no sound after all that drumming in the background.
01:03:69 (1) - At this point on... consider a normal hitsound? XD
01:28:84 (8) - Considering ending this at 01:29:22. XD

[Hard]

00:48:97 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8) - Very odd to hear this quiet after such a "dramatic" chorus and the return of claps at 00:52:32.

01:27:72 (1) - 1/2 later sounds like a better exit to the song.

Tick rate of 4 really doesn't sound good in my opinion. :<

00:32:01 (1) - Whoa!! Definitely need a speed up warning, that's all the suddenly waaay too fast! That's 322 BPM, you know! XD XD

Going to have to some pop this bubble unfortunately. While a lot of what I wrote are merely just suggestions, there are one or two points which should definitely be changed.

As a whole map, there are some really good bits (like the end of insane and that slow slider before the last chorus). But there are also some bits where improvements could definitely be made, which I have made note above. If you guys would ever want me to elaborate on what could be done to improve this map, feel free to send me a PM, I'll be happy to explain things a bit more thoroughly. However, if you guys think this is what you guys want the map to be, then that is fine too (except for those few changes regarding beat misplacement). For now, I'd definitely need to pop the bubble, I'll definitely come back to check up on this though! Keep up the good work. :D

Oh, and also consider setting an epic preview point for the maps. ^_^
