Just wondering about if either the mouse or the tablet players are more.
I'm personally using a mouse, and don't think I'll ever get a tablet.

Yeah, I meant the amount of playersNeruell wrote:
Don't understand the thread. If you mean the amount of players then I guess there are more mouse players than tablet players. If you mean which is more "pro" to play than it's more or less personal opinion although I think that tablet does have a slight advantage towards mouse.

ever since I started playing with a tablet I've had to deal with immense wrist pain that won't go away
From what I know if you get pain from it, then you are doing something wrong and it can damage your wrist for your lifetime.ragelewa wrote:

By design is osu! a game for touchscreens like the original game. But thanks to hardcore gameplay it is harder to play with touchscreen than even with a mouse.Xact wrote:
There's really nothing a mouse does that a tablet can't do better for the gameplay in Osu, that's just how it is with Osu by design.

Not much difference here, my CTL470K has a similar tracking distance even though I read somewhere on an online something or another ( D: ) that it should track from 16mm. Not like you can attach fixed values to magnetic induction anyway. Sometimes it picks up the pen from 10+ mm away and sometimes not, but the tracking is very poor until its 3mm from the surface.nebiki wrote:
i've found out the tracking is okay up to 3mm, after which it becomes poor. after 6mm it doesn't track at all. do your CTL-460s track better?

It's good up until like you say about 3mm or so, it's something you get used to. The more you use it, the less you notice even how far your pen is from the tablet...it just becomes natural more or less. Tablets are awkward to use at first, but once you get it down its really fun to play with. You can't run until ya learn how to walk!nebiki wrote:
