Also, I modded this seriously, not just a quick look.


The inside of the song folder looks fine, so...

  1. AR+1? I played better with AR9, and think that it's more fun that way. Also, this song has 170 BPM, which is pretty high and thus AR9 fits, at least from my opinion.
Normal and Miya's Hard are fine.

...Oh God. This is (almost) perfect.

Well, unless my mod still sucks like before, this mapset has a very high quality. I suppose you can just go away without giving me a kudosu, and even then I'll be fine with that :P

Actually, I think this can be speedranked, but then again, if I'm saying that with 100% certainity and then someone puts a long and extremely useful mod, I'll look so dumb here.

Everything looks fine IMO.

Increase the OD by 1. You're making this "too" easy for beginners.
00:01:065 (1) - since you have a whistle at the beginning of (2), add it here with the finish to start the whistle pattern.
00:10:947 (1) - add a finish to match the vocals. you can say that this is more like an introduction.
00:27:535 (1) - same as above but if you say it's too loud, reduce the volume of the finish to match the vocals.
00:30:359 (1) - i see that this is blanketing (3) but at the same time, it makes a bad overlap at (2). adjust this slider so that doesn't happen.
01:04:241 - add a note to follow the vocals.
you're overusing the 1/1 lines. yes it makes it easier for beginners but it also makes it boring at the same time. don't be afraid to add more notes and end the sliders at the red tick when necessary.

[Normal]
00:06:182 (1,2) - hmm this might be hard for players because they have to alternate quickly and this is the beginning of the song. players might not be warmed up yet, so replace this for a kick slider to make it easier. since this is a normal, it's ok to put 2 repeats in this diff.
00:27:535 (1) - same as easy. if you ignore this add a whistle. either way it'll fit with the song

00:34:241 (3) - i don't like this overlap. ik it's making a border at (4) but the overlap looks bad. either move this somewhere else, or extend the jump for (3,4) to avoid this, and to challenge players.
00:56:829 (6,7,8) - too easy because it's going back and forth and players might clear this easily. move this so that it'll look like a triangle, and also try to extend the jump to challenge players. if you ignore this, when you can do something else.
01:07:417 (1) - maybe add a finish at the beginning to match the vocals and instrumental?
01:09:359 (2,3,4,5) - OMG this jump :P

00:18:006 (1) - Looks better to me if 00:16:594 (1,2,1,2) - is in one combo then in two, doesn't look good to have 2 notes combo with short sliders and 1/1 hit circle like this imo, but doesn't need to be change if you think it's fine.
00:23:653 (1) - ^
00:32:123 (1,2) - Rotate by 5 degree or so because 00:30:359 (1,2) - isn't really place in a straight way, the pattern is slightly curved. Or rotate the two sliders so that it lines up perfectly on the y axis.
00:33:182 (1) - Notice this because of above, but is this jump intentional?
00:38:123 (2,3) - Not sure if you did this to reduce star rating, but repeating slider fit much better here for the bell sound. Don't forgot about whistle sound and be sure to add to end of 00:37:065 (1) - as well.
00:39:182 (1) - Depending on if you change above or not, if you didn't change, line this up properly on the x axis with 00:38:829 (3), really doesn't look good for it to be slightly below (3). Also a bit of consistency with 00:40:241 (2,1) -. Don't this of course if you change above.
00:40:594 (1,2) - Similar to 00:18:006, better to me if you remove new combo from (1) and put on (2), it still make sense imo because of the instrument at 00:42:006 so 00:39:182 (1,2,3) - is one combo, 00:41:653 (1,2) - the other.

00:46:241 (1,2,3) - Really need whistle or finish here to follow the bell-cymbal sound. I have a couple idea, do whichever one you like. *whistle on (1), begin of (2) and finish on (3) **Whistle on begin of (2), finish on (1) & (3) *** Finish on (1), begin of (2) & (3) and do crescendo effect, so perhaps something like 60% on the first finish, 65% on the second 70% on the third. I highly recommend following one of this as I see no reason not to.
00:52:947 (1) - Blanket look better to me if you move this to x:232 y:256. Or adjust the slider itself, because I definitely think this blanket can be better
00:56:476 (1,2,3,4) - Cannot agree with following drum, would be better to follow bell sound after (2) and perhaps changing (1,2) to slider instead for a nicer 1/1 transition. http://puu.sh/u8ws This pattern is still easy enough for Easy while you feel you are following the song even more (Bell sound sounds more prominent then the drums for me)
01:02:123 (2) - Sound better hitsound wise + a nicer rhythm (1/1 > 3/2) to extend this by 1/2. My main reason for doing this is due to the strong bass sound on the white tick, feel weird to have nothing on it.
01:20:123 (1) - Why is the repeat silent? Cannot agree with this at all when I can clearly hear music on the repeat here. So, my suggestion is to only silent the end.

I notice barely any whistle usage and perhaps some lack of finish too, for the soft hitsound, I see really no reason not to put them as the soft-whistle do fit with the bell/hi hat sound in the music. For the normal hitsound, whistle may not be the best, but I really think you should do some sort of whistle pattern for the bell sound, an example of where you can find them is 01:09:535 (1,2,3) - [end of 1, on 2 & 3). To be honest, I think normal-whistle would sound fine following these sound, you may have to remove a few as having lot of normal-whistles doesn't sound good, but I think better than nothing. My recommended suggestion is to look for a nice custom whistle to follow those sounds. I think something cymbal like would sound good. It's fine through if you do not want to put whistle as the hitsound is fine, but I feel it could be greatly improve with the use of whistle and this is why I didn't mention many hitsound suggesiton, only the one which is really oblivious to me.

- +1/2 hp & od please, way too big difficulty jump to Hard (3 hp & od > 6hp & od).

00:06:535 (2) - The end of (2) really mess me up on hitting the next notes because it feel like you need to hit (cannot because end of slider) or hold it (cannot because the slider end here). I think the best way to make this flow a little nicer is to change (3) & (4) to slider instead. Also by making this a slider, you are emphasizing (4) even more since it's the only hit circle in this combo and imo, the most accented note.
00:24:359 (5) - Would prefer this curved, unless you have a reason for this (please tell me so I can keep in mind for future mods)
00:25:065 (1,3) - Copy one of the slider and paste on the other then do rotate by 90 degree/ Ctrl+J/ Ctrl+Hetc. to get the shape you want, would look more organized rather than just two random slider shapes.
00:28:947 (4) - Same as 00:24:359, the only reason I can see is that you feel this is the best way to place so make the pattern clean-looking, which I guess is fine, I highly recommend changing 00:24:359 through since I think it look better curved, but for this one, it doesn't matter much.
00:42:359 (4) - Do something like 00:11:653 (2,3) - ? So change this to short slider? Feel like there need to be something to follow that bell sound and you can "complete" the whistle pattern.

00:45:535 (4,2,3) - Should have whistle on them (follow the bell sound), alternatively, do something like what I mention in Easy (use some finish), but I think better with the hitsound pattern here to do whistle.
00:51:182 (2) - If you're going to have a whistle on 00:51:535 (3), then put one on here too, doesn't make sense to just put whistle on one of the bell sound and not both to me.
00:58:241 (2) - Whistle at begin, I notice you put whistle every 4/1 instead of 2/1 (you skip a bell sound) and I think this isn't good. Look at it this way, this is what you are suggesting that the music is doing, bell > nothing > bell, but the music is really bell > bell > bell, so I recommend looking through your whistle and following the bell in the music properly.
01:03:535 (4) - Same complaint as Easy (bass sound), I think you should extend by 1/2.
01:15:359 (3) - Curve this slightly for consistency with (2)?
01:15:888 (1) - Nicer for gameplay to me if you curve so it so that it points to (2) http://puu.sh/u8Kn
01:16:947 (3,4) - Copy one and paste on the other then adjust to make the pattern the same as before. Quite oblivious to my eyes that they aren't the same slider shape.
01:25:065 (5) - Move 1/2 back and add a repeat. The pause seem weird to me when listening to the music here and I don't think this pattern is too hard for Normal.

Mainly hitsound and polishing, diff is fine, same comment about hitsound as Easy. After playing this diff, I have an idea for normal custom whistle, how about just using soft-whistle, amplify it a bit and use it during kiai? Better than nothing at all to me.

00:01:065 - 00:08:123 - This part felt empty to me for an Hard, the note density in Normal is higher for this part as well. Just mentioning, not sure if you should change as I'm not sure if that'll be good for difficulty spread or not.
00:08:212 (1) - Why does this end on the blue and not on white like other diff?
00:37:770 - Higher volume on this timing point, the normal hitsound are much louder than soft and since you use normal for most of the map, when you changed to soft, the hitsound just feel too quiet so increase volume here
00:46:947 (6) - Sound better to me if you remove this clap, I understand 00:45:535 (2,3,4) - same thing, but that part is a lead up to a more intense part, at this part, the intense part already past and here it become more calm so should be represented to me. I'm also aware of the bass drum on the white tick here (6 and on 8), but since you are using the default clap, doesn't sound that great with the bass sound so I recommend removing this.
00:55:417 (4) - ^ practically the same thing
00:57:535 (1,2,3) - Felt weird to break the clap pattern here, I feel you should continue putting clap (put on end of all slider).
01:08:829 (5) - Imo, should do a slider because the pause felt weird I thought that the next slider was 1/2 from this note and not 1/1 so I actually miss the slider, the only other way if you want to keep this rhythm is to jump on 01:09:182 (1) , but doesn't seem possible with the current placement so easiest way is changing this to a slider.Just incase, you have lot of streams and note density is relatively high here, so this pause came as a big surprise considering this, it's sort of like anti jumping after 4.0x jumps or etc.
01:12:006 (1,2) - Curving all these sliders would look nicer I think, but fine if not.

1.2x slider velocity is not recommend as there is already a big slider velocity gap between Normal & Hard (1.2 > 1.7) and by doing 1.2x, you increase this to 2.04, this is even faster than Insane and not good for difficulty spread, I hope you consider this, but the map looks quite good. Consider what I mention about the whistle in the other diffs, but hitosund is fine if you don't really want to add whistle.

01:02:123 (2) - Missing new combo

Not repeating hitsound suggestions. Can't really agree with mapping this to ar 9, without the jump and lowering ar a bit, this could easily be an Hard and imo, at kiai time, Miya's Hard is harder than Insane right now. My thought on this beatmap while playing is that note density is too low (not many streams at all) so most of the diff felt empty to me and I feel this is because of ar 9. Not many suggestions as I cannot not mod this mapping style well (ar 9 for song below 200bpm) so I guess get more opinion on this. My personal opinion is to remap in ar 8, but again this is just my opinion and doesn't need to be follow if you disagree.

Main thing to look at is removing the slider speed up at kiai time during Miya diff as I feel difficulty jump from Normal to Hard is questionable right now. This isn't enough for me not to star, but I'm personally not fond of Insane so that's why no star.

But good luck and you don't have to change anything in my mod except for that missing new combo! Roughly 1 hr 30 mins mod

  3. 00:22:594 (2,3) - What if you introduce some curves to that sliders? Maybe like this or this. It plays the same but breaks a bit the monotony of straight sliders at the visual appearance.
  4. 00:23:476 (1,2,3) - You were not using stacked triples on the whole song, why don't you keep with your sexies unstacked streams? Well, something like this should work better.

  1. I've spotted a redundant tag. Remove 'world' from the tags. Even though you're trying to show that the full title of the show means 'Accelerated World,' it's already in the title (( world )) therefore is redundant. Remove it.

Hitsound mods
  1. 00:37:770 (2) - Seeing that you placed a custom hitclap on 00:38:917 - even though you were following a short whistle pattern, there's no point whatsoever to not add one here, too. Add a custom hitclap.
  2. 00:42:006 (2) - I don't exactly get what you're trying to do here by adding a whistle. I understand that there's one in the BGM, and for there are many others in the BGM found from this point 'till the kiai, but you didn't place a hitsound on any of them except for this one. Perhaps add in some whistles? If you truly do not want to do this, then remove this whistle found here; but please note that it would be your final resort (( to remove that whistle and not hitsound the upcomming pattern w/ whistles )).
  3. 01:03:182 (2) - Since Kiais are basically the mainly elevated and most powerful part in a song, it'd be nice if you could do more then just your custom clap hitsound. How about you add some whistles whenever you hear a sound in the BGM, like this one 01:03:182 -? It almost never interferes with your hitclap pattern and it fills in some of that empty space. If the normal hitwhistles sound a bit too much for you, I suggest using this hitsound sample (( the one found on soft-hitsounded maps. ))
  4. 01:10:241 (1, 2, 3) - Hows' about you add some finishes in here? It follows the BGM, sounds better imo and they are used in the hard and insane difficulty.

Maybe you could add another note at 00:32:829 -, then? To follow consistency within the second pattern you use.
  5. 00:51:182 (1) - You're skipping two parts of the main singer's vocals here, the part right after the beginning and then the part after that. The beginning part is understandable since you're following the BGM, but then the slider gets a bit too long when it could fit perfectly in with the BGM and the next pattern by cutting the slider here and then adding a note at the white tick after this. Do this, please?
  6. 00:55:770 (2) - The gap between this note and the next one is weird 'cause there's obviously a note that should be mapped in the music and you mapped it previously at places like 00:52:947 (2, 1) -. I suggest for you to make (1) into a slider that extends until 00:56:123 -. It should fill up that gap and be somewhat like some beat pattern you've done before.
  7. 01:03:182 (2) - This doesn't sound completely fitting with the music.. If you are trying to follow the BGM and the vocals at the same time, you should add a note here and then start the slider you currently have at 01:03:535 -. Seems a bit less awkward to play and better imo. If you don't want to do this, I suggest shortening the orange slider in the bridge to the kiai at 01:01:417 - and then start the first slider of the kiai section where it originally ended.

  3. 01:03:182 (2) - Since Kiais are basically the mainly elevated and most powerful part in a song, it'd be nice if you could do more then just your custom clap hitsound. How about you add some whistles whenever you hear a sound in the BGM, like this one 01:03:182 -? It almost never interferes with your hitclap pattern and it fills in some of that empty space. If the normal hitwhistles sound a bit too much for you, I suggest using this hitsound sample (( the one found on soft-hitsounded maps. )) no, this one is already fine to me. not fixed sorry.

  4. 00:30:359 (1) - This slider feels pretty weird to play for the reason that it's following both the vocals and the BGM when it's usually best to just follow the BGM in a slider's case.. i'd suggest that you'd do something like at 00:36:006 - where the slider would be cut in half and then there would be a small blank space at the next white tick. Maybe you could add another note at 00:32:829 -, then? To follow consistency within the second pattern you use. no, trying to blanketing (2) and just try to end slider until the vocal end.. about adding note that's no fixed too because I just add note if drum sound is sounded
  5. 00:51:182 (1) - You're skipping two parts of the main singer's vocals here, the part right after the beginning and then the part after that. The beginning part is understandable since you're following the BGM, but then the slider gets a bit too long when it could fit perfectly in with the BGM and the next pattern by cutting the slider here and then adding a note at the white tick after this. Do this, please? no, easy usually do 'skipping' two parts vocal for more easier read by newbie. so, no fixed.
  6. 00:55:770 (2) - The gap between this note and the next one is weird 'cause there's obviously a note that should be mapped in the music and you mapped it previously at places like 00:52:947 (2, 1) -. I suggest for you to make (1) into a slider that extends until 00:56:123 -. It should fill up that gap and be somewhat like some beat pattern you've done before. fixed by my way
  7. 01:03:182 (2) - This doesn't sound completely fitting with the music.. If you are trying to follow the BGM and the vocals at the same time, you should add a note here and then start the slider you currently have at 01:03:535 -. Seems a bit less awkward to play and better imo. If you don't want to do this, I suggest shortening the orange slider in the bridge to the kiai at 01:01:417 - and then start the first slider of the kiai section where it originally ended. ^

  1. 00:06:182 (1) - Totally optional, but i think it's best if you added a whistle here considering it has the same rhythm the vocal is being sung to at the very beginning of the song (( A few seconds back )) and because that note had a finish which this one would obviously not be able to have since there is none in the BGM and it would sound weird, so I think a whistle would best fit in. ok
  2. 00:38:476 (3) - Seems as if you've forgotten to place a whistle here. It's very understandable due to the BGM being a bit loud plus the clash of the whistles, so add one here, please! (( I think you know why.. )) no forgot, but I think that's weird. since others are always mentioned this part, so fixed
  3. 00:43:064 (1, 2) - I think you've forgotten to place a few whistles here seeing that you've tried to follow the BGM's whistle pattern. To fix this, add a whistle at 00:43:064 -, 00:44:476 - and 00:46:947 -. Here's some other areas missing some whistles because of the BGM music;

Miya took the words right out of my mouth. i have no intentions of bubbling anything more atm before the bubble amount keeps decreasing at a steady pace, so yeah. Please help improve this map, guys. Just 'cause i'm a MAT i'm still human and all of your inputs are just as well / finer then mine are. ;_;
