-00:54:034 (6) - Unnecessarily complex slider shape.
-01:49:874 (4,5,1) - Same situation as above


Insane
You might want to increase the CS a bit. Just a suggestion.
Imo you have too much variety in this difficulty. Examples:
-00:00:588 (1,2,3,4,5,6) / 00:05:374 (1,2,3,4) / 00:06:969 (1,2,3,4,5) / 00:08:565 (1,2,3,4) - These are all different ways to map the sounds. While they're perfectly valid, they're not really intuitive while playing. I suggest using big differences when switching from one section of the song to another. In one section use 2 ways of the above mentioned patterns, and in another section use the others. Here, it's not even 10 seconds into the map song and we see multiple patterns, all different.
Also be consistent with your placement of objects and pattern creation. Extreme example would be: 01:11:185 (3,4,5,6,7,8,1,2,3,4) - While there ARE some geometric shapes being created in other patterns, not to this extent. It just feels out of place when basically all the other same sounds are mapped a lot differently (pattern-wise).

Won't really continue since these issues take priority. I suggest remapping the Insane diff. If you decide to do so, I'd be happy to mod it again when you're finished.

Your hitsound is very good. You are also understand in music and I love it ^^
But you must also improve the flow especially the insane diff so the pattern is more interesting.
I'm sorry if I gave you a little advice (especially insane diff). But, if any of my suggestions that you do not change it, no problem. And it depends on you whether it's good for you or not.

Lastly, Try checking again on AiMod ... Press (Ctrl + Shift + A)


Maybe ... that's all I can modding your map. Hopefully your map can be ranked.

and kiai is perfectly placed, Chorus is simply shorter than 15 seconds xD

  • 00:06:969 (1,2) - switch these so that the slider comes first, for consistency with 00:00:588 (1,2) (it also works better this way to emphasize the higher pitch at 00:07:767)
  • 00:42:069 (1) - ctrl+h this slider so that it leads into the next circle
  • 02:16:199 (1) - the anchor point is really awkwardly close to the next slider, i would suggest move it to above the sliderhead and slider tail
  • 02:21:783 (5,6) - you skip over some strong sounds on the red tick here... imo would fit the music more to have a circle followed by a 1/2 reverse slider, kinda like at 02:15:600 (6)

really well polished normal, i like it

  • 00:10:958 (5,6,7) - really weird flow here... i think you could have (5) angle downwards instead of up, and then fix the position of (6) and (7) so that it feels less awkward to play
  • 02:13:805 (5,6) - ^
  • 00:21:727 (2,3) - this doesnt really have to overlap (1), imo you could make this look much cleaner without the overlap
  • 01:00:815 (6) - ^
  • 00:23:721 (4) - anchor this slider the other way so that it points toward the sliderhead of (5)
  • 01:01:214 (1) - move this further down to give it more space from (6) and (2)

00:00:588 (1,5) - i would reccomend not hand-making sliders that map similar rhythm in lower star diffs, use copy paste to make these, have a pallet of sliders
00:01:784 (3,4,5) - i would shape this like a big curve, move 00:01:983 (4) - up and to the right a little. Some of this design is fine since u have a parallel straight slider right after, but alone, i think a curve looks better
00:15:744 (5,6,1) - looks kinda weird, i would move 00:16:342 (6,1) - down and to the left a little so it feels and looks like 00:15:744 (5) - curves into them
00:45:259 (1) - i would try to find a way to make this curve down wards so it looks nice and flows with 00:43:664 (4) -
00:57:823 (6) - see second mod
01:05:801 (4) - ^

Insane

General
  • Shouldn't the song's title named "Don't Be so Shy" (with the capital letters in Be and Shy) due to itunes.
  • I think you could instead replace "Sous les jupes des filles" in source and move french woman in tags instead.
  • I think 2015 is unnecessary. So consider delete it but it's up to your decision.
  • Difficulty spread between Normal and Insane is pretty high. Consider adding a diff between this spread.
  • I think you could lighten color 4 a little bit. It's too dark and may cause players to see since most of players use 100% dim background. If you fix this then consider darken color 5 a little too.

  • 00:08:166 (3) - consider changing it to 2 circles. like you did on 00:04:975 (3,4) and the others.
  • 00:29:305 (1,2,3,4,5,6) - aren't there a lot of circles? maybe change to sliders instead. making continuous circles might make players miss.
  • 00:54:832 (1,2,3) - so the first kiai, you decided to use 6 circles. and the second kiai, you instead using 3 sliders here? consider making they the same for consistency in the map
  • 01:01:214 (1,2,3,4,5,6) - ^
  • In my opinion, 1/2-beat triplet might be hard for newbies.


It's fairly good. I like how you did hitsounds on insane diff.
