Is your windows update turned on?
If so, are you using a Intel CPU?

This log seems to be a recent issue with the updates coming from Windows
Follow this thread t/519910

Solution:

I just installed an older Intel® HD Graphics 530 driver and now my osu works.
Maybe this works for you too https://downloadcenter.intel.com/downlo ... duct=88345

My CPU is AMD FX-8350

Okay then, have your drivers recently update?
I'd suggest doing a rollback from there

I'm thinking they're still the same problem, only that there was no error message "Intel ICD Driver" because AMD has no debugging
So I suggest to use an older version of your drivers

Otherwise, try enabling compatibility mode in osu!
Have you restarted your computer? If not, try rebooting

Rebooting did not help.

Those updates are the same exact as the thread I linked

This is actually pretty strange. It worked correctly a little bit ago, right? Have you updated or installed anything that could have caused this?
About a few days ago it worked fine.

On the 28th October I had "Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1607 for x64-based Systems (KB3197954)" update. And 10 days before that (18th) I had the "Update for Windows 10 Version 1607 for x64-based Systems (KB3199209)" update.

As always, Windows doesn't really tell you much about their updates but upon looking into the KB codes I found on this site that there is "Addressed additional issues with USB, Wi-Fi, clustering, setup, Microsoft Edge, Internet Explorer 11, licensing, PowerShell, Component Object Model (COM), Windows kernel, graphics, and Bluetooth."

On the other hand I can't find any information about KB3199209.

I did not install nor remove anything.
The cumulative updates might've updated your drivers and possibility isn't compatible with osu! Yet.
I have high confidence that rollback of updates will fix this now.

Ok,how to rollback of updates?
Kao
Sorry for the delay, to do this
  1. Open the Start screen or Start menu and select Settings.
  2. Navigate to Update & security > Recovery.
  3. Click or tap the “Get started” button under “Go back to an earlier build” to uninstall the current build of Windows 10 and go back to the one you were using previously.

Ok, the problem is solved, helped install the game to a different directory (not to consider me a fool to say that as soon as there was a problem, I immediately tried to reinstall the osu, I did not work, the problem remained the same)

Is this resolved or..?
I kinda don't understand but it got fixed by installing to a different directory?

Also, this might be a bit late, but don't double post next time. Just edit your last post

Reinstalling in a different directory seemed to resolve the issue for me as well (had the same error as the other thread re: "Can't find the name of Intel ICD OpenGL driver", have Intel CPU, Nvidia GPU, uninstalled Intel graphics drivers but error persisted, don't have the option to roll back so similar to OP here).

Thanks! I'll keep what you said in mind the next time a problem like this happens
