I applied most of your mods. Here is what I think about a few of them yet:

Normal
00:24:511 - I don't overlap these, I really want some symmetry at this point. I made them closer together.

Insane
00:03:643 (3) - I don't see really why the long sliders are so 'damn' long. They belong to the singing-voice and go along with the 'sway' of the voice so a mixture of sliders and single circles (or one of those) wouldn't fit very much. Since they are quite fast, they are okay for a 'Insane' I think?
00:17:762 - I think those notes create a bit more of a rhythm instead of a short break, so I think they do well.
00:27:817 - I mirrored this long slider. What do you think? It now lies closer to the previous slider so it isn't that abrupt to reach it if you mean that?
