Change the slider velocity to at least 1.10 or 1.20. I
think that 0.90 is way too slow. You'd use that if
this song had like 200+ bpm.
Might want to change the circle size to 2.5 or 2.

~Very Hard~
You might not want to have just an easy and insane. A
normal or hard would be preferable as well.
Might wanna lower the AR to 8 or 9. Depending on
whether you make a hard or not.
Move 00:12:804 (9)- closer to 00:13:310 (10)- so it
blankets, and the same with 00:13:478 (11)- .
Flip 00:18:198 (3)- so it' facing 00:18:535 (4)-
Move 00:26:962 (4)- closer to 00:26:793 (3)- so it
doesn't go off the grid as much, and blankets it.
00:30:501 (3)- Shouldn't overlap where 00:29:658 (1)-
was. Maybe make the stream go the other way.
Within 00:40:108(6)- to 00:42:299 (8)- make some of
them sliders so it's not one big jump.
Move 00:43:647: (3)- to it's blanketed by 00:43:141 (2)- or move it so it's stacked correctly since you
want the jump.
Move 00:45:164 (3) so 00:44:658 (2)- blankets it more neatly.
00:53:928 (8)- Good place for a spinner instead of dead silence.
00:55:782 (11,12,13,14,15,16)- Make the jump a little smaller. (Closer)
00:56:625 (16)- Could be a place for a spinner.
Move 00:59:152 (1) to 00:59:489-
Move 01:31:849 (6)- to behind the end of 01:31:343 (5)-
Shorten the jump 01:49:376 (1,1,1,1,1,1,1)-
02:09:264 (1)- and 02:10:781 (1)- Either shorten and add to where each of these finishes, or do something else. It doesn't match well with the song. Maybe add a timing point to change the slider velocity to go more
with th guitar in the background if you want. Or jumps
for the screamo like the rest of the song.

~In General~
You might want to make some of the jumps smaller (closer), because some last for longer periods of time. But it's up to preference tbh.
