The bpm I got was 140.03 and 1429 offset.
Do you really need 1/8 beat snap? I'm thinking 1/4 would be enough, the 1/8 beats at 00:14:737 (7), 00:43:877 (7), 00:59:306 (8) are not really necessary, I feel they can and would be fine as 1/4 beats.
