[confirmed] Scrolling bug

Hi, I discovered a new bug at least for me.
If you scroll but you didn't release the mouse button and then press f1 (also works with f3) for mods then it will still scroll. Not that gamebreaking bug but I felt that it should at least be mentioned

Can't seem to reproduce this, try restarting the game and see if it still happens, might be a one-time thing.
Most of the times when this happens you gotta press numlock/shift + numpad 2 or 8 "up to what direction it goes" to fix it.

Edit: didn't watch the video, can confirm this is reproducible, I was doing it with my mouse-wheel mb.

I restarted and I can still do it
I don't have numpad tho so that kind of thing isn't possible for me

It's reproducible. Not sure how likely a fix for this is considering you almost have to intentionally try to reproduce and when you close the mod menu you can return to the song you are hovering on by moving your cursor to the left.

Confirming for now.
