I know what you're all thinking, "oh noes! Not another noob. *sigh*." Well yes, I'm new here and I thought I'd stop and say hello on the way back to my padded cell. To be honest, I started playing because I'm an FPS player and I heard from a friend that this helped his aim, so I came into this with that mentality. Now that I'm playing I love it. Grr. Why, oh why is this game so addictive?! Have I found something more addictive than L4D? Only time will tell.

TF2 > L4D in terms of long lasting IMHO. L4D was fun while it lasted. But you cant do THIS in tf2.

In Osu! its all about the player.

Never thought of it as a way to improve precision in FPS. I'm not that fond in FPS games anyway.

This improves your hand eye coordination to some extent. Online shooters generally have you lead shots, and from personal experience, Knowledge of the maps and positional advantages > your ability to aim.

Personally the distance between my Osu! mouse sensitivity from my FPS sensitivity is >9000 so It doesnt help me at all.
