Rain Dance: Easy
Water Pledge: Normal
Scald: Hard
Surf: Insane
Waterfall: Insane
Aqua Tail: Insane
Aqua Jet: Extra
Water Pulse: Extra
Hydro Pump: Extra
Some of them were named randomly, but at least they are still water moves that Feraligatr can learn
