I actually thought M.Sai was actually fairly easy to pass compared to the other 4 right now. Granted that's probably because I'm better now, while back then I was still struggling with most 2000 songs when I hadn't passed K.Sai yet.

I still think M.Sai is easier.

Depends on whether arcades outside Japan sell
Banapassports and allow network services on the
taiko cabs.

The E-Amusement pass system is doing fine here in HK
anyways.(things like PASELI is another matter,as it requires
online payments and stuff)

This was a shock for you, ne? Sorry.
To be honest I had an access because, I was in Japan.
And trust me, at the beginning it is hard as hell. Not because of stamina or hard maps. Just because you are getting injured by the sticks. Playing with whole strange is just possible after getting a cornea. But I'm wondering why you have no access. Or is in your country an older Arcarde one?

Just by the way, after playing the game 2 times it was possible for me to fc all Muzukashii maps. Training for Oni was too less time... orz
Thougt it is interesting to say that 'cause, I trained in osu! with the keyboard before. This helps a lot...

Truth is, PH arcades apparently don't have enough money to be updated in the latest arcade machines. I have no access to any TnT machine because of that, actually. In fact, there's not even a jubeat machine here.

I played TnTAC14 back when I was in Singapore. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4mLLsI4QrqI this is a vid of me sucking at PnM and TnT. I played only for a few hours for 2 days...

And I will forever miss playing there.

You are correct actually: the lack of stamina is contributed by the fact that the sticks freaking hurt when you're just starting to play.

I would too if I went to Singapore like you did. The arcade just has that sort of magic you can't get anywhere else.

if I had the resources I totally would want to set up an arcade somewhere. That being said, Unfortunately I think the majority of gamers here prefer mindless shooting games over deep, complex rhythm based games; they wouldn't see the appeal in (for example) tapping circles on a screen with a BG of adorable little girls.

I'd probably set it up for my own (and close friends') Personal Enjoyment. If any of you guys wanted to visit me in osu!tralia, I'd be more than happy to share :D

AC14 sets you back around US$8-10k, depending on where you shop.

My sad story reminded me of this lol




As I said in mah Previous Post, I was looking around. Most older Taiko machines can be sold for around 5-8k $USD. AC14 sells for around 8-10k$USD online.

I seriously don't understand how option 2 works. You pay 10,000 yen and an old Taiko cab, then you pay 560,000? That doesn' make any sense to me. Wouldn't that actually be WAY MUCH MORE EXPENSIVE than option 1, since you pay 10,000+560,000+taiko cab, compared to one payment of 998,000? Unless my interpretation of that is way off. Anyone care to explain?

My bet is that option 2 is kinda like a bargain
for arcades who had imported taiko cabs before.

Option 1 is for arcades which never imported taiko
cabs before,and this is the first taiko cab they're buying.

I know that in option 2 you pay and exchange your existing cab for the new one, while for the first option, you simply pay a flat rate. What I'm asking is why does option 2 look so much more expensive than option 1? Consider a flat rate of ¥998,000 compared to ¥570,000(¥10,000+¥560,000) AND a Taiko cab. Going solely by value alone, option 2 is so much more costly than option 1, which is why I'm confused, since option 2 is supposed to be a better bargain than option 1.

Here you assumed that in option 2 the old cab is being
exchanged for the new one.If this is so,then the problem
you mentioned does exist.

But we don't really know how both options exactly work though…

The only one closest to being able to speak fluent JP and Eng (aside from peppy of course) would be I think KRZY or some other KR people
