Timing is OK, but you placed a lot of beats incorrectly on the timeline. Never, ever use snap divisor 1/8 or 1/6, unless you're making a really insane song. Anyway, setting the snap divisor to 1/2 and resnapping all beats from the timing drop-down solves most of these problems, although you'll have to redraw pretty much all of the sliders and replace some beats. Some parts feel kinda weird, too, like 00:17:71 to 00:19:60(I'd make a single, long slider that loops back). Also, from 01:06:50 and onwards, you start to use triple 1/4 beats. They barely follow the beat, so I'd remove the beats in the middle(7, 12 and 16). Finally, this song has already been beatmapped. Pick a fresh, new song next time to improve your chances of getting it ranked.
