[osu!web] Add support for slider tick and slider end when lazer mode is enabled

I noticed that the lazer has a feature for displaying the ticks and ends of the slider in the record table however the web does not have this even with the lazer mode enabled:

I don't think implementing this on the website will be very difficult.

The main concern for me is whether this wouldn't make the score table even more cramped than it already is. In lazer the table is allowed to be wider than on the website, so it's less of a worry.

I suppose that in this case, you could just make it wider. It just so happens that the site is quite small at 100% scale, so why not
