Dan: Signicial's Courses
*Inspired by several different dan courses.
What's "Dan" in exact?
The dan (段) ranking system is used by many Japanese, Okinawan, Korean, and other martial arts organizations to indicate the level of a person's ability within a given system.
And now, you might be questioning...
What's special about this dan course?
Before my Dan Courses are finished, I answered some frequently asked questions (FAQ).
You can take a look at the FAQ. While answering some of them, I did explained some of my purpuse in this project, as well as what I think of my project, and what's different about my dan courses.

Are you trying to remake Dan based on DDMythical's?
While fixing balances of the courses, I slowly realized what I want players to get from playing my maps.
Ever since then, I've started building my own difficulty scale.
By asking people to testplay and share opinions and suggestions, now I get what to do and what I want my Dan to be.
I was, but not anymore.

Are you trying to take over Reform Dan?
DDMythical's Dan has been the standard for a long time, and I know it's hard for people to not associate my Dan with theirs.
That's why I'm trying to be unique by having some obvious difference between my courses and any other people's.
I'm not confident about that, but we can try that.

What's the difference, then?
First reason, making this a personal project can stack my mapping experience up.
I also can do whatever I want to do since this is MY project, and I don't have to be manipulated by anyone else who is also working on the project.
Another reason is the cons I've seen on DDMythical's, as well as my selfishness - I want it to be LOVED.
Not only just the loved category but literally "loved", at least earn respect from people.
I really want my map to be more well-known as Dan is a popular topic of all time.
I want everyone to enjoy my work, respect my hard work towards this project.
Also, DDMythical's Dan can't be added into the LOVED category mainly because of permission issue.
I do not want that to happen on my Dan.
Therefore, some of the maps are quite easy at their number scale.
I'd rather make difference on difficulty scale and NOT make the map unconfortable to play.
As for Stage 11 to 15, making the map difficult while maintain map quality is actually IMPOSSIBLE to do...
Eventually, I found a balance between them.
Some of the maps are commented as it's easier than reform, but at least I did what I can do.
I mainly focus on 2 main aspects.

Here are some unbalances being explained
After proper consideration, I think Stamina is the most important thing to connect between Stage 6 and Stage 7.
Before you're able to do the Expert Courses, you need enough consistency and stamina to proceed.
They are the last map in the pack, so I want to test out what you got with you.
That's the reason they got variety.
In my opinion, stamina shouldn't be just handstream nor jumpstream. Instead, I made them a final test to see if you got what it takes to clear.
However, during pre-release, I changed my mind and made 10th Dan to how it should be like.
I also made it that Stage 11 and Stage 12 focus more on consistency.
- Stage 6 is WAY longer than any other stages?
After proper consideration, I think Stamina is the most important thing to connect between Stage 6 and Stage 7.
Before you're able to do the Expert Courses, you need enough consistency and stamina to proceed.
- The Last map of Stage 6, 7, 10, 13 and 15 have jacks, tech, and even speed in them...?
They are the last map in the pack, so I want to test out what you got with you.
That's the reason they got variety.

About "Extra Pack"...?
I'll have to clarify one important thing - the current Stage 16 (Zeta) is not properly made.
In fact, I didn't expect human limit to be exceed THAT fast.
I made the course in terms of joking, which is the main reason Zeta being low quality.
I'd like to talk about maps in my Zeta Dan here:
Jack is just some meme maps from 2019.
0.9x as zeta cuz that's just how difficult it was, while some people can actually hit them now...
Tech is piece of s**t I made in 1 hour.
All the note are randomly placed in random scale, all you can do about it is manip.
Speed is fine, one of the chart I consider having great quality.
Stamina is requested by jkzu123, and he wanted it patterned like that.
Anyways, I might be making a proper Zeta after finishing all the other stages.

The 5 Packs above follows "Basic Clear Rules".
Basic Clear Rules
There are 4 types of CLEAR on my Dan Courses :
- HP Clear
- HP Pass the map. - Clear (Mainly focus on this one)
- You must acquire accuracy of 96.00% or above. - Overclear
- You must acquire accuracy of 97.50% or above. - Master
- You must acquire a specific accuracy for different Packs.Accuracy Requirement for MASTERING
- Beginner Pack : 99.90% or above.
- Advanced Pack : 99.60% or above.
- Expert Pack : 99.00% or above.
- Final Packs : 98.50% or above.
And, there's one special pack which doesn't follow the "Basic Clear Rules".
- Extra Pack : beatmapsets/1622471#mania/3312745
For now, things in Extra Pack are EXPERIMENTAL.
Special Clear Rules applies, it's listed in the pack and will NOT be mentioned here.
