I have Osu installed on my D drive but the cache, files, and logs and the config stuff are on my C drive in my appdata roaming folder. I tried downgrading to Osu regular from Osu Lazer but found out that my songs are hidden in the Osu lazer appdata folder. I have a small C drive so thats why Im asking. I think before I uninstalled the folder from the appdata folder It was in the Local appdata folder and now on a fresh install of Osu Lazer it somehow got into the roaming appdata folder and I transferred the files and it worked, but my files are still on the C drive and not on another drive. Im trying to paste an image here but I don't know why the image paste doesn't work here.

i am having trouble understanding what you wrote here. which version of osu! are you trying to use? the process for transferring data is different on stable vs. lazer. on stable you can just move the entire folder as it's essentially portable. lazer has one folder for the binary and another for storing data, so you should keep the folder that contains the .exe on your system drive, and use the "change folder location" button in the game settings to move your data. you shouldn't touch lazer files through the file explorer unless you have a specific reason to.

if you want to export your data from lazer to stable, there is no official method of doing so. this third party project exists, but you should exercise caution when using it

sorry for the confusion, I meant the folder for storing data, or the one that has your songs and scores on it. I removed it so that my C drive wasn't using alot of space but whenever I remove it my maps and scores go away. I tried moving the files using the option in Osu Lazer, but whenever I moved it the files are back to default even when I try to overwrite the files with the old files with my beatmaps and stuff. But now after trying all of this I just gave up and went back to the main OSU! client. Thanks for the exporting Lazer songs to the main client thing.

I have no idea what this means but the in-game option is how you're supposed to offload the bulk of game data from the main system partition.

It is not possible to move the game in its entirety to a different drive at this time; AppData/Local will still contain the game executables and such, but AppData/Roaming - which houses beatmaps, skins, etc. which will actually have a sizable footprint - is movable using the in-game option.
