1. The Bulgarian Community Cup is an open rank 3v3 teams of Suiji style tournament.
2. Only Bulgarian speaking players are allowed to play.
3. All matches will be played in osu!Stable with ScoreV2 + NoFail included.
4. All staff members are prohibited from participating in the tournament with the exception of streamers, commentators, designers and referees.

Tournament Structure

Community Rules

1. All players are expected to treat staff members and the rest of the tournament participants with respect. Any mistreatment during the tournament will not be tolerated and will be punished accordingly.
2. Administration reserves the right to disqualify you from the tournament if any of the tournament or community rules are not abided.
3. Issues that are not explicitly mentioned in tournament and community rules will be personally judged by our administration.

Qualifier Rules

1. Qualifiers will be used to determine seeding, which then will partially be used to formulate the teams.
2. All maps will be played in their mappool order (NM->HD->HR->DT)
3. Each player can play each map only once!
4. If a serious provable technical issue has occurred the player might be required to provide replay/play the map again/ if its very serious depending on staff decision play the entire pool again at a later date.
5. The top 24 players will proceed with the tournament.
6. Players will be divided into tiers based off their qualifier results.
7. Tier 1 (1st-8th seeds), Tier 2 (9th-16th seeds), Tier 3 (17th-24th seeds).
8. Teams will be created using a mathematical formula that matches their qualifier performance based on skill sets in order to create an equalized roster of teams(following the tier based seeding).
9. Teams have 5 days to choose a captain, failing to choose a captain on time results in the Tier 1 player of the team getting the captain role automatically.
10. Obvious throwing on the seeding from a very high ranked player might result in him being forced to replay qualifiers or be disqualified directly!!!

Match Rules

1. Matches will be played from the evening on Friday until Sunday/Monday depending on how we can schedule the matches best.
2. Rescheduling should be agreed by both teams and a corresponding staff member (streamers/referee).
3. Staff will set initial times for the matches, that if teams cannot match, will have to agree on reschedule. (Expected times are 16:00-20:00 Match start time(EEST,EET).)
4. A referee will create a lobby 10 minutes before the scheduled match and invite the captains of both teams.
5. Captains are responsible for inviting their teammates.
6. Failing to join 5 minutes from the scheduled time results in losing rolls and bans.
7. Failing to join 10 minutes from the scheduled time results in losing the match.
8. Disconnects in the first 30 seconds are eligible for map replay.
9. If a network issue occurs and a map has been completed but your score was not submitted then you are required to provide the replay file to the staff or we will take your last score shown on the streaming client.
10. Each team gets a total of 120 second time out per match split in 2 60 second timeouts, that activate one after another until you have used all your time unless explicitly stooped.
11. Warm ups up to ~3 minutes beatmap are allowed (noone is obligated to play the warmup, except the person picking it).
12. Captains use !roll at the start of each match.
13. The captain with the higher roll selects the first warm up map and chooses between picking first/second or banning first/second. (ABBA)
14. Consecutive picks and bans on a single mod from a single team are not allowed(Except for NM).
15. Each team action will have a 90 seconds timer (banning, picking etc., Except timeout!)
16. Failing to ban on time results in losing your ban (you can also explicitly drop your ban if you don't want to ban anything).
17. Failing to pick on time results in the opposing team getting your pick. (you can tell the ref to use your timeout to extend your pick duration)
18. A round during a FM pick must consist of the following: P1: HD or EZ | P2: HR/HDHR | P3: NM.
19. HDHR counts as HR during FM (with adjusted multiplier). EZ have a 0.75 multiplier instead of 0.5.
20. You can use HD/HR/EZ/FL modes on the TB.
