Someone explain me this about taiko converts.

Low OD, high HP - Easier diffs
High OD, low HP - Harder diffs

This is how taiko maps are. Why are the converts all over the place? I'd find myself a OD:7 insane and OD:9 normal and the normal is much difficult than the insane because I succ at acc.

How does that work exactly?

Converts don't take taiko difficulty scaling into account, taiko is different from gamemodes as hp decreases with difficulty due to some fault in coding if i'm not mistaken. OD, In standard I'd imagine is more dependent on song and is probably more lenient than taiko (not a std mapper so can't say 100% certainty).

Also what normal diff is using OD9?

Yeah I think OD in standard is way more lenient than taiko.

Maps made before 2010. (I've been playing some old ones...)
