ok so for the context: im a 4k mania player, from 2021 to 2023 i was playing upscroll using my middle and ring fingers (dont ask why) thats just the way i learned, and in the start of Jul , when i got on mania again, i decided to switch for down scroll and my point n middle fingers, i played around 1900 times in this Jul, and today as i was playing i noticed sudden skill loss, and its REALLY weird cus i ve never took a break , i was playing everyday and a lot of hours almost straight, at first i thought im just rusty etc, played some maps but it became worse and worse, for some reason it feels like i just cant calm down my left hand, every each press feels like im smashing, and the hand became really weak, this actually happened the day after i was playing a lot of one jack map where you kinda have to smash, called "lolipon" (its first in my most played songs if you re interested), so maybe this is connected??? or is it just the fact that im not using the fingers i used to, but how so if it was alr the whole time before??
