Just wanted to show you guys this web app I made: Osu skin silencer
What it basically does is it skins the sound effects you choose with a silent audio file so you can have only the hitsounds muted without disabling all the other sound effects.
I was originally thinking of making an app that disables just the hitsounds, but then I figured people might want some other sounds disabled too like combobreak.wav, so now the app can disable any skinnable sounds. (Why not!)
