I know that plateaus are completely normal and to be expected, but I mindblock patterns like dense JS/HS and SS to the point that it feels like I could not progress at all for a long time and just playing worse every day.

Meanwhile I find great success in Jack and light Tech, but it doesn't translate to my trilling speed, and SS is especially hard to read.

Please tell me how you guys overcame huge walls similar to this, and if you can then recommend stream and dump maps or map packs (around beta+ to low delta)

for 6k i had a skill wall at 5 stars and icant really say much besides keep playing. 90% of it was the fact i was aiming for sightread S ranks and not A ranks but uhh yeah all youu cam really do is keep playing in my experiece. ig you can get a bunch of map packs and just work through A/S ranking them

My advice would be to branch out and practice LN and awkward patterns (grace notes, polyrhythm, etc.) Helps with reading and finger independence. Doing that helped me with 99% of mindblocks, consistency, and especially improved my accuracy for all patterns. The rest, like physicality and all that, the best you can do is push through. You *will* overcome it eventually if you stay consistent.

And remember to practice low star accuracy too, even if your goal is to play delta+.
