Personal information may be required in order to satisfy any and all obligations imposed by the university, who have granted usage of the aforementioned event venue, on the organization osu! at UCI. This information may include, but is not limited to: the full legal name of the participant and/or (if applicable) their guardian, and the email address of the participant. Any and all personal information required will be recorded on a spreadsheet that is viewable and accessible only to the officers of the organization osu! at UCI and by no other entities. This information will be used solely to satisfy waiver liability requirements. Any and all changes to this privacy policy will be both formally announced in the osu! UCI Discord server and via edits to the relevant sections of the forum post and registration form. Participation in the event in any capacity requires explicit agreement by the participant to the most recent version of the privacy policy.
